Have you sat in one ? The interior feels terrible and flimsy compared to the previous generation... the design is much nicer though.
@@nvl2691 For me it seemed sturdy and well put together? Not as high quality as the previous A3 but the design easily makes up for that.
Can you share the numbers shown on the iphone app? Cannot read too small... 0-100 and 100-200 is enough

@@NotYoAverageJoe s3 had always a manual option. The first one (8l) was only available with a stick. I think that these compact cars are more fun with an manual transmutation. I understand why they made this choice, but there are still a few people out there that would always prefer a manual over a automatic transmission

Coz it’s ok if hatchbacks and bikes have pops and bangs even tho for some ppl it becomes annoying...but v6,v8,v10,v12 should all sound like : AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH.
Pops and bangs sounds (preferably) at home in inline 5’s and up. I’m not a fan of it on 4 cylinders, and not fond of them in general. There’s just an unpleasant sound with turbo i4’s, and the only good sounding 4 cylinder type is a boxer/flat 4.

It has the old AWD setup so nope, they did use the new Golf R’s AWD in the RS3 so that does have drift mode

Because people know that the "autobahn" has parts without a speed limit and therefore they can see videos of their favorite cars pushing top speed. Only a small percentage wants to see cars driven "normally".

its very fast tbh, for only 2.0 engine and 300 hp...u had cars here that were a lot slower after 150km that this..even with bigger engines. Yea i know its about weight but still impressive

Air suspension seems like overkill at this price point and size. The S3 is a small car.
Air suspension is something on Range Rovers, Bentleys, and rolls royces. Not a compact hot hatch - modify it to have air suspension if it’s so important
@@youraveragejoe1 Check mers e class, bmw 5 series, audi a6, they have air suspension, and this is something ordinary, not a Bentley luxury. It should be already from factory on any car, but not a custom modify.
@@iani_2020 never heard of a 5 series or e class having air suspension as standard? I don’t think a hatchback should have air suspension as standard, the price would just be silly.
@@iani_2020 I think adjustable dampers are really all we need from an S3 (or RS3 for that matter). For something that has off-road intentions or is a heavy vehicle, sure, air makes sense. But with an adjustable non-air suspension, you could still have a car that rides well but can be firmed-up.

Don't sleep on VW AG 2.0 turbos. They truly are good four cylinders - very smooth and with almost no turbo lag.

Flat steering is an option which costs 300 eurs where i live. On my 8V s3 it was by default and not an option you got the flat bottom steering.
The interior is so cheap
