Congratulations mate. I have a few BTL properties in Romford/Brentwood area, and I'm looking to expand the business. I'm curious to find out if SA would work in my local area? I'd probably need a 50% occupancy rate to cover my ASL monthly rental income. I'm also going to join this Academy.

Only thing with SA, is I mentally can’t see that there will be enough demand to have 60+% occupancy
Definitely has the potential for this in the right area is key. There are my different audiences you can target, just like the company I work for currently, many employees are constantly stopping away from home and the company will book air bnbs for months especially when there’s contract on in that area for a long period. Do your due diligence in the area if there are a lot of tourists, a lot of construction work and developments happening in the area, your audience is adaptable depending on the demand for who needs accommodation in the area you aspire to set one up!

tax is 20%, so obvi its 30*0.8=24k a month.

Exactly, earning all that money, yet driving around in a 2014 Diesel BMW. Just an illusion of wealth gain to get people to sign up to The Academy.
What makes more money a 2023 bmw that takes you from A-B for 50k, or a 14 plate bmw already paid off that takes you from A-B, but you have 50k to spend on deals ?
@@CcOo-td8ex None, due to owning a business. Most opt for PCP or Lease, with very low monthly payments or use one months money and buy a new car (2023) outright. I wouldn't be impressed meeting someone for a business deal, stating they are earning 60K per month, yet driving around in a 2014, nine year old car.
My property portfolio is over seven million and it belongs to me…and drive a car that’s ten years old each to their own 🤷🏻
Just for the record. I bought the car through my other business in 2014 😂
