OHP Preston Cox arrests Nancy Kemp 5-11-22 (outside dash cam)

Shortly after midnight on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Preston Cox pulled over 68-year-old Nancy Kemp on Interstate 35 south of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Outward-facing dash camera footage shown her captured the moments leading up to and the beginning of a physical altercation that left Kemp bloodied and with facial fractures.
