- in today's speed build, i am transforming a boring street using the TOOL mod in The Sims 4! basically, this street in Willow Creek is just empty space with nothing to do in it. By using the TOOL mod, I was able to add so much to the space to give it some life!

TwistedMexi has some amazing mods that really do help so many builders make unique builds! I may not be a builder but I love watching those that have more creativity in combining things I never thought to combine. I also don't understand how they made the area around the streets so bland. Looks so much like a lively lived in neighbor block. Willow!
They didnt put much stuff because the more objects it have more geometry it need to load and it cause lag in less powerfull notebooks.
I love the basketball hoop at the end of the street, but I would've (if this were my idea) put all the rest of that stuff, the food trucks, the benches, the bike racks, etc., in that green area by "the tree" just to give life to that dead space. Yes, I know that there are some collectables over there, but i never understood why there are no benches or grills over there, especially as I've seen townies congregate in that area.
I would adda swing set or something.

When you do this can you only interact with the objects when you're visiting the specific lot you used to place the items?
Oh DANG this is such a cool idea! It'd be fantastic if you have, say, a legacy or one particular household you're focusing on, just making their neighbourhood lovingly detailed!
Would love to see more like this, whether it be in Willow Creek or elsewhere!

Willow! I love this! T.O.O.L. is so awesome; I was able to add a shared laundry room for my apartment-dwelling Sims, but I never built on a street before. Keep the great ideas coming!!
Willow! I would love to see builds like this. If you could upgrade the walking areas that would be great. There is one in either Willow Creek or New Crest that looks like a walking trail but its just so bland.
that was awesome, i have yet to use the tool mod for anything other than sizing down stuff sometimes lol, thank you for showing us!! and i agree it feels like animal crossing i was thinking the same watching this!

How are you moving these items with the tool mod only with grabbing and moving? I haven’t been able to figure out how I can do that.. I’m using the numbering thingy?? to move off lot.. help?🫠
