When you receive error 0013 from netflix is because you are using ethernet cable. So use wi-fi and no error from netflix anymore. Or you can download version 4.9.5 for instance that works fine both with cable or wi-fi.

In one of your other videos you said that Rockchip SOC's were not as capable as AMLogic SOC's (such as S912). Have you looked at the H96 Max and do your reservations about Rockchip devices still apply to the H96 Max?
I have had this box for over a year now and it does seem to run dark on dark background films or low light films, however upgrade to Nugget and all becomes clear in the dark. The box is in my opinion good for the money. Nvidea Shield is my next beast to purchase 2017 version. Yes a lot more wonga but I am not paying for streaming so it becomes cheap if you work it out monthly over say 2-3 yrs. Nice Vid mate.
Kirk Morris agreed with the problem on dark background films, nougat firmware solved that however switch on button on the remote seems not working, you can only switch it off but not turning on

Its true but opening the case its a bummer. Regarding temps i just dont measure unless there is some kind of problem, but if the machines after a 3 day intensive 4K 10 bit library loop playback is still working i have no complaints and i submit all the ones that come to me in that manner 😀 I live in Portugal my neibour hehe!!!! 😀 so no worries PS: But if you ask me if i enjoy the H96+ humm, not really, not bad but there are some many better machines out there. At the same price for example you can get a Mibox 3 that blows this one away hehe!! 👍

But my concern is always to people that will get this box what will they get out of the box? That is the real question because not all of us want to mess with Manual Firmware updates :) Gaming there are no issues at all, at this moment there are no games to challenge these Socs (S912) the hardware is more than enough for any game on the googe play store :) and i did show that on video hehe!! I dont have a 64GB at this moment to test out. I need to get one 😃 (I have a few 32GB and it works fine) Thanks for the input 👍

I think you got a bad box. My H96 Pro plus came with Android 7.1 and Play Store had never crashed. I also installed the lates version of Netflix and Hulu without any issues. I have no issues with games that support controller and Kodi runs really well but I don't use it anymore because i find APKs are way more stable. I recommend you reinstall the firmware because it looks like the issues you are having are more related to that. I have installed this box 4 times already and never seen any of these issues you are having. Specially the Play Store and Netflix issues. As a fact, I use Netflix everyday on it.

I was between Alfawise H96 Pro + which is very good at Mecool BB2 Pro but then I saw the Beelink GT1 ultimate. We want it mainly for Kodi, youtube, video etc. The point is that we do not want to get involved with flash zip etc. We want a machine good and stable and because we will only work with wifi the device we choose should have very good wifi antenna. And I read about the Beelink GT1 ultimate although at the beginning it had a lot of bugs some time ago but I read that OTA UPDATE now went to android 7.2 which eliminates all the bugs and logically after selling it with 7.1.2 when I open it get the OTA update right ?? Which of the 3 devices I told you think is the best with these data right now?
I recently bought the H96 Max android 7.1 and although it performed well, the AV audio out didn't work so I couldn't wire it up to my amplifier...it was sent back! I was so looking forward to using it, but I'm now wary of purchasing another one due to this issue...I'm now back to using the U2C Z super until I find the mythical "perfect" box hehe!!

I tried something called ZenUI launcher. Is that the same one you used? It didn't allow me to download it so i had to get it from some place else and I installed the apk but when i try to open the apk it wont load. Maybe the creator of h96 did something to not allow other launchers?
How's the WiFi reception of this box? I have one amazon firestick and it'll function even on a 1 mbps broadband connection smoothly.. Can I expect same performance with this box also?
Not bad, its far from being the best but its ok. I would although avoid it for 1080p movie playback, you need better than this one for that. On the other hand if you use the ethernet connection it will play just fine :) RJ

Beelink is trying to get a good support to costumers but still has a long way to go. if you are looking at more support and updates check out : Nvidia Shield, minix U9-H, Wetek Play 2 these are top brands with support and a huge community 👍

Hi Immanuel, probably because the firmware is not compatible with some audio formats, not all boxes have the hardware / licenses for all audio formats and at this moment i have no way of testing them out RJ

Googe Play store crashing have not been an issue with my (similar) box but there is low light on films compared to other boxes. You can install the netflix app through Kodi or another media app and it actually works. I can confirm the installed software is slowing this machine down a great bit - I recommend uninstalling everything but Mobdro and games. It is possible to upgrade to Android 7.1 which speed things up (a bit). H96 Pro comes with Android 6.0 and Kodi Jarvis 16.1 from the factory. Although cheap, I spent a lot of time tinkering with H96 Pro to make it work properly.
Hey Zohar, some do and some dont and i cant rememeber if this one has, none the less you cand download several diferent aps that will do the job on the play store. For me the best app that i have discovered for years was the Air Pin Pro which is a premium app but totally worth it which allow to stream from our iphone, mac, PC to the android TV Box 👍

I just purchase a beelink GT1 which comes with Android 7.1.2 but I noticed I cannot see the navigation bar or tool bar however you call it on the bottom of my home screen. Did Beek Link get rid of this option? Is there a way I could get it back? Any help will be greatly appreciate it

So I have my machine and I've run into some issues. My Ethernet is not working on my device. I'm wondering where to go for support. The update seems to fail as well. Not that there are any, it just fails.
Hi Stevenson, i havent had any Ethernet issues so far but the problem with these brands is that when we need support usually there is none, that is one of the reasons that they are so cheap!!
Roberto Jorge I've had a few small issues with the box. The Ethernet appears to be working now. I've gotten very quick responses from the seller for support issues. They offered a refund if I was unsatisfied

Humm that is not good for the disks as they’re beingused without need. The best way is a enclosure that can be turned off

For skype i use a logitech wencam with a minix u9-h and the sound can come from the webcam or from the a3 wireless remote 👍

Hi Sreenath, yes you can but use self powered HDD´s not only USB HDD without power or some boxes will not handle as they are low powered devices

So I have my machine and I've run into some issues. My Ethernet is not working on my device. I'm wondering where to go for support. The update seems to fail as well. Not that there are any, it just fails.
Hi Stevenson, i havent had any Ethernet issues so far but the problem with these brands is that when we need support usually there is none, that is one of the reasons that they are so cheap!!

Roberto Jorge I've had a few small issues with the box. The Ethernet appears to be working now. I've gotten very quick responses from the seller for support issues. They offered a refund if I was unsatisfied

my friends this box is a very good box the only problem i have with it is some time cannot get in to you tube and play store but one company i know sending out refurbished box is geekbuying com don"t there is no good

In my opinion no need for a premium build quality in a TV box it is not a mobile device .
Sorry dude none of the video was smooth not even close. Also no info on auto framerate switching which is the most essential thing on any box.
