But the fact doordash thinks $6 is worthy pay for the work is laughable tho, overall good money but that base pay is disgusting!!!!
Miles and pay good one might be more work. Those are small setups so its all good. Thankful i got Spark

Ive done these. Sometimes you get these orders up to 45 minutes too early. Sometimes before the business opens. You can sometimes expect 1 hour or more for ezcater orders that come in for lunches. They usually pay very well tho.

Except Deliverthat orders are pre-scheduled and the pickup could be 8 to 10 miles from your house. I've seen them up to 20 miles from my house and the drop off point could be in a completely dead area where you can't Dash and are unlikely to get anything from Uber so you can rack up dead miles. Now if your lucky enough to get 2 or 3 Deliverthat orders per day then the dead miles don't matter so much anymore, but most people are lucky to get 1 per day.
Doordash orders are not pre-scheduled and the pickup will likely be within close proximity to you. So that's the advantage Doordash catering orders have over Deliverthat.
So are you telling me, these are legitimate reasons to not turn on the app to secure the bag from the day before you decide to dash?
@@UDMCREATES No I typically only Dash in the mornings if I have a Deliverthat order in my back pocket. Other than that I only Dash at night. However I will not do a Deliverthat order that's dropping off in the middle of nowhere and I have to drive back another 10 miles before I can get anything else. Unless it's a Deliverthat order that's paying $45 to $60 or more if you get lucky enough to get one outside of the tip pool with the tip included upfront. My point is there are legitimate reasons to turn down a $30 offer from Deliverthat.

I had my first catering order on DD last night. I dont have a catering bag, Ive never signed up for it either. It was a 11.75+ Wingstop. Ended up being $28.75 for 75 wings (2 bags, no drinks), order was ready when I walked in and delivery was less than 3 miles away. Was worried it was going to ask me to verify a bag or something
The difference is the items. 2 pizza’s compared to all those other items (more carrying, more time putting items inside catering bags, etc).
Both orders are good, but the DoorDash one would take less time. Not to mention more than half of the DoorDash catering orders they don’t want you to setup, they just take the items and go.

Have you never done a catering from Chipotle? What about 1 medium from Total wine?
2 items from chipotle is two of those big boxes. Not two burritos.
I delivered a catering order + setup to Chase building. 2 women met me at the setup racks at entrance. They said they do all the setups and let me take a picture after. 🎉🎉

But some refuse the same order from the catering app but would be quick to accept it on DoorDash…but why?! 🤷🏽♂️
Has DelivrTHAT gotten rid of the requirement to wear specific colored and type of clothing? I found it odd that they were requiring ICs to wear khaki pants when the drivers aren’t employees when I took a look at their opportunity quite a while back
