I understand your back problems. I just had 2 back surgeries within 3 weeks. Now I'm fighting 2 infections in my back and having to do IV antibiotics from home for the next 6-8 weeks. So I feel your pain!

According to my doc. The more u walk or move it helps to give better feeligs inback if u sot u hurt. I would walk slowly for 15 minutes and it helps with thw pain

I have missed you playing the High Risk Coin Pusher i look fore you when i don't see you then i have to find something else to i live in North Carolina 50 some miles from Charlotte as far as i know there's no Coin Pusher close to ne and i would like to try 1 just 1 time at least but any way i have missed you i did watch what the hales play i like watching George play but i don't care fore Jeremy i just don't care about the way he talks he talks like a crazy person even though he thinks he's funny.

My back pain is different. The pain gets worse when I move. My daughter got covid from a classmate. Their parent would listen to this classmate and the younger sibling. The last 2 or 3 days they were in school they were in full blown covid. They kept tell their parents that they didn't feel good and they lost their sense smell. Their mom told them they are fine and made them go to school. I was beyond pissed. Then the school never told us my daughter was exposed. I found out by their aunt. I thank god that she didn't have a bad reaction, even though she has asthma.
