- So today I went out to an amazing creek system near my house in the hope to BOWFISH some RIVER MONSTERS! After about 30 minutes of being down there I had shot a HUGE Eel-Tailed Catfish that I later showed you how to prepare, cook and eat!

At my grandma's house, I tasted catfish and it was delicious!It actually tastes like chicken, and I also caught the catfish, my dad cut it.
Trace Colton you should try it, it’s really good and just finding catfish itself is incredibly fun,I recommend running lines to catch them though.

I cooked a blue catfish in the oven, covered with alfoil, using a lemon, a baking apple, brown sugar in soy sauce and herbs. It came out so good I never forgot it. It was a long time ago, 29 years! And I still remember how good it was. Time for me to do it again.
