Constant crashes with this update. Fault Reports never seem to be replied to. SonPlat has been really stable, let's focus on bug fixes please. ✌️

Mine is very stable on a fully patched and updated Windows 10 64bit machine. You might want to head over to the Cakewalk user forums. Maybe some one over there can help clear up why you're experiencing crashes when the majority of users are not.

That's fantastic, however it does not negate the point of my post, with respect, your intimation of speaking a majority seems a slippery presumptious assumption as we can each only speak for our own experiences, confidently. System stability is a variable factor, update to update, and while I have enjoyed a very stable experience with SonPlat over the past 12 months, the last few updates have seen bugs creep back into the environment and adversely effect existing projects as well as new projects created since most recent updates. The new features are appreciated, even if some are window dressing, but with that comes particular side effects resulting in bugs and fixes that responsively need to be addressed. I look forward to a new update that focuses SOLELY on bugs and tweaks to improve universal stability as these well intended new bells and whistles are added. Further, the entire point of the Fault Reporter is to ascertain insight [based on submitted data] from Cakewalk engineering to enable professional users to address any discovery.
If CW do not respond to these submissions, it's as useless a process as it is frustrating.
Forum help can be very informative but it can also be an exercise in futility, but I thank you for your suggestion. Any user that has the experience and knowledge to maximise the software knows there are bugs and fixes longer than a grocery list that really need to be addressed at some point, sooner rather than later.
      Kind regards

G.Michael Hall I have had a "few" issues, but I personally expect then out of a boot camped MacBook pro. Apple never gets their drivers all the way right for Microsoft Windows (obviously).
If you have issues, back up your keys for your install for Windows 10 (many free programs online to back up Windows activation). Find a program like CPU-Z or HWINFO that will allow you to locate the correct updated driver files, burn them to a DVD and give the machine a fresh install from a shiny new non-quick GPT partitioned storage location with a usb key and the official Microsoft installation media creation tool.
Also load onto the DVD if you can your own ninite executable (Google ninite installer). It goes online and puts the usefulness back on your machine silently in the splendid process. :)
Provided you have your handy dandy home made updated driver DVD and system rescue USB in hand the process usually takes a few hours. But a fresh and clean install is really where you should make a bug report from.
      - LupineDream from the forums. If you still need help, send a pm. Though these instructions are fairly explicit.

Thanks, I'm not using boot camped MBP. I don't use an Apple anything ✌️

G.Michael Hall you're welcome. Unfortunetly I'm stuck with it for the time being. It's the eternal suffering of the spotless mind here currently until my liquid cooled skylake z170s gets repaired.
This isn't PCMR. This is Cakewalk. And there's been a thorough discussion on how having a "good enough" machine is still "good enough" for a digital audio workstation.
I agree on that one hundred percent about Apple products. It's just what I've got to suffer through for the time being. :p
