This simple curry noodle salad without mayo is super delicious for barbecue or as dinner

- The pasta salad with curry sauce with lots of crunchy vegetables not only tastes great, this salad is quick and easy to prepare and looks great too. This pasta salad as a summer salad is also a delicious and filling side dish for your lunch or a full dinner.
Ingredients for the curry pasta salad
300 g pasta
5 gherkins (approx. 180 g)
250 g carrots
1 can of corn
1 bell pepper
100 ml milk (or vegan alternative, I use almond milk)
200 ml oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
1 tsp honey or agave syrup
1.5 tsp curry
1 tsp paprika, sweet
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of the pasta salad with homemade curry sauce
1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet, drain and let cool slightly.
2. Wash and clean the peppers and cut into small cubes.
3. Cut the cucumbers into small cubes or into quarters or half rings.
4. Finely grate the carrots. Drain the canned corn.
5. Mix the (olive) oil, (almond, soy, oat or cow) milk, vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper well.
6. Mix all ingredients well and leave to steep for at least 30 minutes.

Hey wollte mal fragen was für ein hellen Balsamico du benutzt hoffe auf eine schnelle Antwort
Hallo! Sorry, mit einer schnellen Antwort hat es nicht geklappt... Es ist auch eine Weile her, aber ich glaube es war von Hengstenberg. Es ist aber auch nicht so wichtig für diesen Rezept, man kann auch alternativ z.B. Apfelessig nehmen.

Da wird die mayo durch Öl ersetzt ist glaub ich fettiger als mit joghurt und einer 25% Mayonnaise. Öl hat 100% Fett

Vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar und deinen Hinweis zur Verwendung von Öl anstelle von Mayonnaise im Rezept. Ja, man kann natürlich Joghurt und eine 25% Mayonnaise nehmen und natürlich hat es weniger Fett. 👍🔥
Aber ich weiß ja nicht, was da alles noch hinzugefügt wurde (die restlichen 75%!). Ich zeige besser, wie man vegane Mayonnaise selbst macht. Wenn man außerdem kaltgepresste Öle nimmt, enthalten die viele ungesättigte Fettsäuren, die gesund sind. Aber jeder entscheidet natürlich, was einem besser passt und schmeckt. 😉🙏😃❤️
