Assalam Alaikum Pulwasha Ma'am, try to get dried hibiscus flowers from a herbalist. Boil them with water, after two boils strain the water and drink it as a tea. It is v useful to owner n maintain blood pressure. Secondly if it's difficult to get them then have 5-6 almonds whenever u feel like munching anything throughout the day. Almonds are also good to maintain blood pressure. Take care 🌹❤
