The geometric pattern on the doors not only shows off your woodworking skills but matches the purpose of the piece. It gives the case a retro feel that goes so well with the idea of playing vinyl on it. Well done!

Absolutely fabulous project. The way you show both the PROCES and the individual STEPS shows your skill and experience. It seems your in control; You know the goal and the steps to get there. And the order in which to do these steps, without mayor whoopsies and surprises. For me a beginner woodworker there are still too many gaps in my skills as well as the required helicopter view to get a good grip on the proces. Viewing your videos helps me to get better at this. Your enthusiasm is infectious and the 'scraps' illustrating the balancing act as a -woodworker-mom-woodworker-youtuber makes me grin.

and trying to copy your jigs is sometimes way more rewarding than building another table or shelf.

Wish I had found you a long time ago. The workmanship that went into that cabinet fascinates me...and reminded me to work on my patience when woodworking, in order for me to get to the level I desire. And I love that you go back to hand tools when so many don't remember how to use them...& with a specialty high tech tool for every job now,.
Thanks for actually working "with your hands" & teaching us you can create exciting pieces of higher quality, without owning $10,000 + in tools.
WHAT YOU ARE DOING IS ART.
That cabinet should be on display for the public! And we could all use a bit more art in our daily lives to remind us that current events won't destroy us. Using beautiful joinery, even when no one will see it should be the reason to do it...for your own satisfaction without a need for others to tell us how amazing we are.
Sorry for this rant...but thank you so much. I was really in need of you tonight. You impact others in ways you may never realize.

It´s still pretty uncommon in my country to see a woman with this hobby or job. I just started and watching all these videos and you´re first female woodworker I´ve (yt algorythm) found. I thought I´ve already found master of precision in Asia, but damn lady, you´re out of competition. You are the true master, the attention to details is... I don´t even have a word to describe it, it´s just perfect. I haven´t seen anything your level so far. So much work and effort put in one piece. You just left all these men behind :D Very impressive, you´re my first woodworking subscribe.

It doesn't matter how many mistakes we had in building something, whats matter is the result, oh my god the doors looks spectacular, and really really really, and thank you for not potting nobs on the doors, I believe those doors are peace of art alone if I have one of them I will just hang it on my wall, finally, you are awesome, thanks for sharing your experience with us

This video reminds me of the first time I made a beehive. I was a carpenter back then and quickly discovered woodworking and carpentry are not the same thing.
I too thoroughly enjoy a good hand plane. Nothing like those 1st swipes with a freshly sharpened blade.

Sweet! I just got my hands on my Dad's vinyl album collection that he started in the 60s. It's got original, 1st pressing of The Allman Brothers Band, Clapton, BB King, Freddie King, The Doors, Van Morrison, Chick Corea(Rest in Peace!) and so, so many others.
There's even an original, 1st pressing of THE ALLMAN BROTHERS 'AT FILLMORE EAST'! My favorite album ever and we have a 1st pressing! Holy grail? Yep. It is for me. I've shared middle names with Howard Duane Allman my entire life and have known that fact since I was like 4 yrs old in 1985 lol! ABB has been a large part of my life for as long as I can remember. ♥️🎸🍄🍑

ALLRIGHT!!! Well, after dinner, in my bed, I look at your works and in my mind I repeat: "Tomorrow I'll do that", or "Love it. Have to do it asap". Then, I fall asleep and the day after I dunno remember anything. Then, in the evening of the nex day I say: "Gosh, just said I was going to do it... lemme see what Tamara made today... Love it. Have to do it asap. Tomorrow I'll do that"... and so on and on... :-) ♥ greetings from Roma, Italia, AndreA.

This cabinet is a work of art and one of the most inspirational and aspirational projects I’ve seen on UA-cam. I would love to have something like in my house, except it would make the rest of my furniture look bad in comparison.

Great build! As a professional cabinetmaker and instructor on a woodworking program , I know
it is a challenge to veneer those doors with clamps. After all these years even I am a little nervous when removing them and while inspecting the surface. Great job, thumbs up from the netherlands!
