Why after a few years with modular I still love PICO SYSTEM 2 from Erica Synths .!!!

I still love the PICO system because I can do classic and experimental stuff on it as well as add a wavetable synthesis from the VOICE module and drums are two sample-based modules and you can download whatever you want, your samples. DSP module with effects such as reverbs, delays or granular delay so it's a great groovebox for every day, you don't always have to have a large modular system, although a large one certainly looks spectacular, but the PICO system offers a lot of possibilities and its advantage is that it is handy and small so you can sit down with him in your armchair and enjoy every moment.

Wery impotrant statement that you made! Same here with my picosystem 3, It was my first modular system. I chose 3 over 2 because I just wanted to extend my semi modular voices, but it pushed me into modular and diy madness. Pico 2 was a bit complicated for me back then, but from this point... I just completley agree with you.

Anybody know if the Pico 2 can create sounds that the Pico 3 can’t? Or is the Pico 3 close to the same but with more capabilities? Really liking the sound of this video OP!

@@mick2spic They are two different systems. 2 is complete performance system with digital modules, 3 is fully analog with west coast style lpg-s.
