That scene at 4:55 with a skytrail of a full scale aircraft at 2nd plan is wonderfull... These projects obtained by allied forces at WWII finals never reached test flight stage by really flyes well !
Ahh....German flight engineering at it's finest. They sure came up with a lot of jet plane designs that were way ahead for their time, before WWII ended. =3
RedWolf777SG The allies where lucky that Germany wasted so much time and money looking for the perfect weapon. If they had focused on building the greatest number of wooden clubs ( metaphorically speaking) I would be writing this comment in German.
velcroman11 I would think the same thing except if Germany had done that and lasted longer and stronger, they would have simply been nuked before/instead of the Japanese.
@ RedWolf777SG And yet they never seemed to come close to regaining air superiority over Berlin. Tells me the old prop driven Mustang ruled the skies. German engineering my hind quarters.
Scooter George It was a brave German pilot who took to the skies over Germany in 1944-1945 High speed prop fighters like the Mustang were superior in number to any jet projects the Germans were playing around with and more like the Spiteful and Hornet along with P 51 H P 47 J plus Allied early jets were all in the pipeline
One German ace commented that every time the canopy of his Me109 was closed he felt as if it were the lid of his coffin. But yet he went up, again and a gain. No disputing the bravery of these men. There was no rotation home to a training squadron to serve as instructors as it was with the AAF. They flew in combat till crippled or dead.
A remarkable model . I have read that if the war with Germany had gone on for another 12 months . We would have been outclassed in the air , with their advanced jet aircraft that would have come into service .
Not only Germany, Italy had just finished the Re.2005 not long before the Sicilian Campaign was finished and Italy turned over to the Allies side, with numerous of the aircraft being destroyed by their pilots while some ended up in German hands. This plane was a potent combination of power, speed, and maneuverability, that a British fighter pilot and fighter leader, after having survived a dogfight with one, admitted, that if the Italians and Germans had this plane at the beginning of the Sicily campaign or in operations from Malta, then the Spitfires that the British fielded would have been hard pressed to even operationally cope with these planes, and not with a whole airforce of them, just a few squadrons. Scary to think what would have happened had the stalemates in the Defensive lines in Italy had kept up for just a bit longer than they did.
I Think there was a chance that it could have happened. the first (german )plane which flew with a jet engine was the Heinkel 178 . it made its first flight on august 27th 1939 . imagine the luftwaffe had understood that the jet-engine was a path to air superiority . they could have taken jets much earlier into service, for example the me 262 or the he 162 and the ho 229
@@jebise1126 As the late war bombing campaign intensified, aircraft production went up to record levels. More fighters produced per month. But short on fuel and pilots. The last year of the war they launched thousands of V1/V2s. At the end of the war, the multi-stage America rocket was under construction . Good thing Herr H was a nut and didn't grasp the potential of jet power earlier in the war.
Oh my. If the right properties were in place back then. They were way ahead of every body. They would've worked because these RC models prove it can be done. The world was so lucky, it's frightening.
so called "the world" = USA and some people Hitler didn't like promptly have taken ALL German projects, which are being used and slightly improved since then - rockets, subs, jet planes - u name it... and THIS fact IS really FRIGHTENING!!!
Craig Pennington: The world was so lucky indeed. Tell that the East Europeans who lived under the heel of Soviet Occupation for better than 40 years after the war.

what wonderful engineering that is. beautiful to watch.
what a beautifull plane. fantastic work!!!!
Awesome. It reminds me a little bi of the Vlcans I saw back in the eighties when on holiday in England. They took off in a similar steep manner.
Beautiful model. Looks and sounds fantastic.
Great build and awesome flying!
Incredible model of something that could have flown in real life.
Another very impressive flight, well done.
Super Flugzeug 👍
what a great plane , shape reminds me of Klingon bird of prey!!
OK, so where's the FPV version? Has anyone tried the traplet kit as a pusher? Very interesting model!
How many engines does it have, or are some dummy ones?
WWII German engineering keeps astonishing me even today.....
Engineering alone won’t win a war. America should have learnt this....but.
Super... auch die Landung hat die Arado geschafft....Gratulation

Probably had remotely controlled periscopically aimed tail guns as German developed several. Used on Ju 388.
Bravi!!! ben Fatto!!!
The gear?... Ciaoooooo

you read wrong... germany had almost no flying planes and luftwaffe was essentially non existent at the end of war

@@jebise1126 they hadn't fuel and strategic materials to make jet engines are in extreme shortage in 1945 ...
There are of course 6 turbines and no dummies.
I’d sa 4 are fake.
What if WW2 would have lasted a few more years....?
They would have never won with Hitler in charge.
My guess is 2
Ok
😄👌👏👏🙏🙏👍wow....!!!!....
