I love that you brought this up. It showcases that we can't please everyone and we all have different views on what we like. Someone mentioned to me the other day, that I shouldn't worry about weighing the parts, that people don't really care about that. Which I respect that they made that comment, because there probably are a lot of people who don't give a sh*t about what the parts weigh. But... It's happened to me several times now - when someone meets me in person they tell me that they're thankful I weigh these parts because our bikes are already so fu*kin heavy as it is. 🤣 I try to create content I like to see myself. But like I said, I understand that not everyone cares about the weight of parts. 😅

Both are good brands. It's just a preference of looks and if you want weight savings. Custom Dynamics makes a bunch of great lights too, but after having the one from MoonsMC, I super sold on this light. I wish I made the purchase sooner. 😬🤘🏼

There are a lot of super bright headlights that have patterns that blind oncoming traffic. This video does not show the pattern that the light makes nor does it measure light output in lux. IF you just want a light that is bright with no discernible pattern or pattern that is safe and won't drive oncoming traffic into the ditch, this video is for you. So what’s the beam pattern like? That’s really, the most important aspect of a headlight, not the brightest. I see guys having these cheap Chinese LED lights at bike shows, while they look cool, the beam pattern is shit at night.
Great point. It has a really nice spread. I live out in the country where we have zero street lights in my area, and this headlight really keeps it safe on the back roads at night.
The LP6 is overrated. It’s a complicated install and overpriced. I have a chrome halo by Hogworkz, it’s plug and play and it puts out tons of light more than HD’s day maker.
I don't care about the weight, all I wanna do is damage people's hearing with the loudest pipes and damage their eyes with the brightest light and most importantly I wanna look like the biggest duche bag when I'm riding my Dyna.
I’ve had mine for a year now, gets me tons of compliments, it’s saved my ass riding through the Carolina’s at night, love the damned thing.

It is slightly textured, but it's been easy for me to clean. 😬🤘🏼
