The ice cream truck came around the other night in my neighborhood I payed for my large soft serve cone with a 90% silver quarter. The cost 3.50 the melt value of the 1956 washington quarter was 5.38. The ice cream man smiled and said anytime.
I've sold a bit of silver for different reasons. It feels good to let things go. I would have done the same thing if I saw that coin while I was traveling to another city. I have actually passed over the Sam Boyd Round when seeing it here in town. Almost bought it but then decided against it. He's a huge part of our community. I think it's like everything else. But now that the whole story has me feeling chill again, I say sell Mr Boyd and replace him with something you fancy a bit more.
Nice video. I often feel it to be a healthy exercise to think of what pieces you're willing to part with. For example: you really need to cover an expense, or spot goes over 100$. 😅 either way best to be mentally prepared. Subbed ya 🤙
I sold a lot of my silver not all because I love playing with my silver. Bought Bitcoin because it is the best money with the silver I sold. More of a constitutional silver

@VegasStacker702 Bro, 90% rocks. It's government silver, fractional, easily recognized, rarely counterfeit, and usually cheap premiums. Ecample: current melt value of $1 face value is $21.40 and can be purchased for $23-$24 at the moment.
Nothing wrong with getting rid of it but maybe it is a good piece to keep around for the "emergency sell" if you are ever in a position that you have to sell some of your silver, that will be a piece you wont care about letting go..... Just food for thought
If I decide not to sell it, then it will definitely go into my sell first stack. Seems like lately I've been adding to my "deep stack" more than my sell first stack. Very addictive
I own 70,000 + troy ozs. of.999 and .9999 silver sovereigns and bullion. Don't plan on selling I have plenty of fiat currency in shoe boxes under the bed.
I had some football rounds, each one was in its own case with a certified card , pretty cool but im not really into football, so I traded them in for something I like . Keep stackn 💦⚓💦
I'm not selling my silver that's for sure. On the contrary am buying the silver others are selling mainly on Ebay. If I do sell silver it wood be to buy gold depending on my gold/silver ratio. Have to be nuts to sell if you don't have to. No more silver coming out of mines in 2028.
Yes there are some coins that are strange and you end up selling them because the premium is way high. I always tell people to buy normal silver or bars. The cheapest kind and usually well known like Eagles, Kruggerands, Britannias... Tried to buy and then sell these strange 5 ounce coins but it's hell to sell and paid 40$ an ounce for them. Last time I do that.
I think it's a good idea to sell or trade to diversify your stack. I like that 10 oz Ace of Hearts bar!

Where I work people think that current half dollars are collectible and worth something. I have some dimes and will pick up more eventually
