Thank you so much!! This kind of easy to understand content helps a lot, especially in a subject like mathematics. Mathematics is a broad subject and if you don't understand the basics or the simplest ways to solve the problem, you would easily lose confidence and be demotivated. You'd be more likely to quit and just shut down everything and sleep. When I attend classes to learn a lesson, I feel like it doesn't help me a lot. There's chaos, gossip, some students understand stuff before you do (which can easily make you feel inferior/weak in that subject) and it's not always the perfect environment to ask the teacher questions. I know we are supposed to clear any doubts we have by asking the teacher but it doesn't always work out. So, this kind of content by Cognito helps millions of students who struggle, not kidding!! Thank you to Cognito and the teachers, the content creators, the animators, the editors and the whole team in general. I really appreciate what you all are doing! Keep it going!
Science and maths!!!
How are u this talented?🙏🙏
😎😎
@@Cognitoedu can you also make a video on complicated sequences.. like in which the common difference isnt the same for all the terms... I hv prblm finding the nth term of that.. if u can, that would be helpful!!!
I have been trying to understand this from almost 1 year but , my maths teachers at school aren't that good at explaining. Tomorrow is my maths paper and you re literally a lifesaver

I needed this for my test
Nice one bro
I love you i have an exam tomorrow and this helped alot
Wow I knew a method to find out nth term for arithmetic sequences, but it involved making a table of values with the sequence and the nearest n term. For example if I had 5, 9, 13, 17 I would try 4n which is 4,8,12,16, and then I would know that it is 4n+1. However my method sometimes had me getting stuck, but this method is infinitely easier and faster!!! Thank you for showing us this method, loving your videos on math, physics and chem. Good luck with future videos!!
Thanks Tejas, glad to hear our videos could help! 😊
i agree my g
Thank you so much you have helped me
He legit explained this lesson better then my math teacher. He even did it in 6 mins
This is my 1st math's video, I usually see this channels science videos more.
THANKKK YOU 🥺
does this work with all sequences?
Can i also use ur vids for IGCSE?
i like this man
I am preparing for my mock exams, and I've never been so glad to come across a channel like I have now! Thank you so much, it was really helpful!
Haha we're glad you found us! 🙌
Thanks mate
interesting been very helpful to me
AWESOME this helped so much stay skibidi king
thank you this was relay help full
Another way to solve this is using the formula a(n-1)d , where a= first term, n= nth term and d= common difference. But it will only work for arithmetic sequences.
thx a lot for the help
What about if the difference is through division and multiplication??
God bless bro ur so helpful
Thanks so much
Thanks a lot sir there is no other channel that makes sense in Math's, except your channel. Thanks a lot!!!
How about number sequences that has a geometrical pattern ( ×/÷ ) ?? How do you figure out what to put before 'n' in the nth term expression?
you are the best
I share your videos to every one
Thank you alot sir
Thank you sm
Much appreciated miss :)
It's sir

This helped so much!! Thanks!
How do you guys make this animation video?
what if the sequences are non-linear? what should i do here?
These videos really help me when I forget some maths problems like nth and ect. And it helps to recap some maths
Is this for GCSE's? (Because my school teaches me this in yr8?)
fantastic
what should be do when dividing a term?
can you do a video on finding nth term form quadratic sequences
Thank you for your videos. I'm a mother of 4 young children, two with special needs and trying my hardest to pass these exams alongside everything else, all so I can get into med school to become a doctor. You explain things in a way that's generally worth so much credit. Number one fan here! Exams in June for maths-english-biology, if I get my A's I will owe you a lot of credit!
Thank you Holley! Best of luck 🤞
