I have no idea why many fans have turned on Gaethje he’s a great fighter and highly entertaining. It seems if you never hold a belt or have a crazy record stat wise you can’t be a great fighter nowadays

It was a dumb take when Gaethje said it originally. It's still a dumb take now. Doesn't mean he's a bad dude but he's never been the sharpest knife in the drawer.
Nobody has turned on him far as I can tell...the fans love that guy and he loves the fans. But if you're interpreting ppl picking Fiziev to win as hating on Justin, that's an odd either/or way of seeing the world. I enjoy and appreciate both guys as fighters and electrifying entertainers. But if you ask me who is more technical and utilizes a better fight IQ, it's Fiziev all day and that's why I have to pick him if I'm predicting a winner. But I'm rly just geeked for the ACTION. FOTN, FOTY... It's gonna be a crazy war while it lasts. And I don't think it goes the distance but damn, nobody thought the Chandler fight would go the distance either. All respect to both warriors. No shade to The Highlight, but I just think it's Ataman's time to shine.

Seems crazy to say, but IMHO that was actually the least impressive of Roman Dolidze's 3 finishes in his last 3 fights. The knee to Daukaus was BONKERS and the finish of Hermansson was the best of the bunch to me. Leg lock, rear mount G&P wtf. And I was in the building in Orlando for that one, going HAM 😂
