The first person she shot was most likely herself. To me, the name “Monodrama” implies this, as well as where Aventurine’s right hand has a bunch of rings, and the one in the beginning didn’t have any.
Also the hand holding the wine glass in the first 8 seconds of her trailer is gloved like her own right hand so I think the beginning was a pov of one of her clones she was hunting down
It seems like she might be an emanator for Aha, which she channels through her different masks. It almost seems like Aha possesses her, which can be denoted by how red her mask is. So if its partially red/white Sparkle is still aware.
It also fits the outfit design as from what I can tell, it’s less Loufu in desire and more Japanese inspired. Particularly the petal motif, and most of the loufu has simple looks, but never completely detached sleeves iirc. Usually they have the exposed collarbone and detached sleeves connected under the arm or around, but rarely collarless and sleeveless. Granted her outfit could be a stage play outfit and so uniqueness can be at play, but knowing Mihoyo, Japan is a only a matter of time.
A Monodrama is essentially a one-person play. But it's also used to denote a dramatic representation of what passes in an individual's mind. I say a fitting title for it.

The place in sparkles myriad trailer looked Japanese inspired so I don’t believe it was penacony she was performing on but an upcoming world tour
