I have another grandson Graduating this year even though his last half of Senior year is not working out well. Our a Governor said Joe more school this year, but some kind of Graduation. Can you show how to do a lettuce hem because the tutorials I’ve found are all automatic sewing machines. With this sewing machine you have to set the zigzag stitch perfectly. I have the same sewing machine as you btw.

So glad I found you. I have the same machine and am trying to figure out why the thread keeps jamming in the machine? I have the bobbin in correctly, but the spool keeps either coming off or gets tangled. Any suggestions?
Greetings Renee. I can’t see if you subscribed or not, but welcome to our UA-cam Community. Watch my video once again and watch the direction I’m threading the sewing machine in. The thread has to go the right direction. If your thread keeps getting twisted , it may be the Tention.
@@maryandjoeadams1425 hello and thank you for the reply. How do you fix the tension? And it jams inside the bobbin area as well. I solved the thread issue. It was in the bobbin holder. So I put it in the right place. And yes I'm subscribed!
Renee Valery The Tension is the round knob with the numbers. It differs with the type of thread and material you are using. It the thread is breaking it’s to tight. If it’s balling up it’s too loose. You have to try to adjust it. You should have a manual or google it for pictures.

Well I do know that the top thread picks up the bobbin thread so you thread the bobbin then thread the sewing machine, turn the wheel so the top thread goes down and brings the bobbin thread up. The bobbin thread and top thread are separate. The bobbin thread never goes through the needle. The top thread picks up the bobbin thread with each stitch. I hop this helps. I got the thread in the bobbin but I can’t figure out how to get the thread from the bobbing to the needle. I do not have thread for the top part of my sewing machine.
Greetings Alexis! Ok- the bobbin thread does not go through the needle. You must use thread 🧵 on the Sewing Machine at the top right, then thread the sewing machine. The top thread will pick up the bobbin thread. Then you are on you way to sewing. I have other sewing video’s in my playlist.

Stella I am so pleased you and your sister got to make your face masks. So far I made 2. One for Joe and one for me. Right now I’m doing Scrapbooking. I have another grandson Graduating this year even though his last half of Senior year is not working out well. Our a Governor said Joe more school this year, but some kind of Graduation. He had already signed his Baseball Scholarship before “Stay At Home” started. Thank God.

Can you show how to do a lettuce hem because the tutorials I’ve found are all automatic sewing machines. With this sewing machine you have to set the zigzag stitch perfectly. I have the same sewing machine as you btw.

So glad I found you. I have the same machine and am trying to figure out why the thread keeps jamming in the machine? I have the bobbin in correctly, but the spool keeps either coming off or gets tangled. Any suggestions?
Greetings Renee. I can’t see if you subscribed or not, but welcome to our UA-cam Community. Watch my video once again and watch the direction I’m threading the sewing machine in. The thread has to go the right direction. If your thread keeps getting twisted , it may be the Tention.
@@maryandjoeadams1425 hello and thank you for the reply. How do you fix the tension? And it jams inside the bobbin area as well. I solved the thread issue. It was in the bobbin holder. So I put it in the right place. And yes I'm subscribed!
Renee Valery The Tension is the round knob with the numbers. It differs with the type of thread and material you are using. It the thread is breaking it’s to tight. If it’s balling up it’s too loose. You have to try to adjust it. You should have a manual or google it for pictures.

Well I do know that the top thread picks up the bobbin thread so you thread the bobbin then thread the sewing machine, turn the wheel so the top thread goes down and brings the bobbin thread up. The bobbin thread and top thread are separate. The bobbin thread never goes through the needle. The top thread picks up the bobbin thread with each stitch. I hop this helps. I hope you can give me a thumbs up 👍🏽 for this tutorial. I have more sewing videos on my channel. You will want to watch them so you can see how satisfying it is to learn to sew.👌🏽

If so check if your bobbin 🧵 is working correctly. If they are both right it may be that it’s not the right thread for your material or the tension is not right. Could be many things. I got the thread in the bobbin but I can’t figure out how to get the thread from the bobbing to the needle. I do not have thread for the top part of my sewing machine.
Greetings Alexis! Ok- the bobbin thread does not go through the needle. You must use thread 🧵 on the Sewing Machine at the top right, then thread the sewing machine. The top thread will pick up the bobbin thread. Then you are on you way to sewing. I have other sewing video’s in my playlist.
