And often eats food with almost full health
@@Crosstariale Why can't he be stationary? Being stationary burns hunger a lot less than moving does. Granted, it would make for less engaging content between floors, but still. Dream and co. can and should be stationary when they have a free moment between floors.
@@Crosstariale They're not surrounded by enemies between floors though (at least in the earlier levels), which is when they're saying to sit still.
it would be cool if there was a randomized reward based system involved somehow, like if you kill the mobs before the next floor there's a chance to receive some sort of buffing item like armor, food, pots, etc. obviously it could be adjusted to be less op and stuff but just an idea :))

Nah the lack of food is what made it intense
I think this gamemode should have a more regenerative food system. Like where every few floors (a number that goes down as the floors go up, 5, 10, 20, etc) you get more food and resources so that way you have a better chance over time

It would've been completely understandable if they just added 64 more steaks. I kinda wanted to see what the end was like.

After the first several floors I definitely doubted reaching floor 100. There definitely needed to be more food. The difficulty scaled SO fast. And then there were a few normal rooms sprinkled without. Maybe try again with more players?

I actually thought they would be given food every 10, 20, or 25 floors. The moment i realized food isnt going to be given is the moment i knew theyre going to die soon

it would be great if the floors had different designs so it would be visually appealing too. i like the concept but it definitely has lots of room to grow

Like a… Tower of Ascension.
It would be cool to see more weapon and armor variety. Like custom enchanted armor, ones that give you more heath, less knockback, regen, etc. Or weapons like Firework rockets or Quick Charge V crossbows. They should spawn randomly too in mobs, so the floors aren't too predictable.
There could be scenarios where they choose between an iron chestplate that gives you permanent Regen I or a diamond chestplate with Protection IV.
I think you should do a reverse manhunt. Where Dream has to hunt 2+ ppl who try to kill the dragon. He gets compasses pointing to each person.
He did that ages ago against George, but phased that out over time. I would love to see it again, though. Maybe with a twist of some form so it isn't JUST manhunt with Dream as the hunter. Like maybe both sides have to try and kill the dragon.

@@micahshum1708 Yeah, which will make it tricky since both sides will hopefully only have one life. So both sides will be more careful about how they go about fighting the other. And it'll just be hilarious, imo, with all the banter going between both sides and the struggle to get the last hit XD

Even then it would be a low chance. Looking at how slowly they killed the bedrock blocks before they all died, I would assume due to the difficulty ramping the mobs would keep stacking since they couldn’t kill the previous ones fast enough until they get overwhelmed.
All you gotta do is make those random “passive” mobs drop food. Cows, pigs, sheep etc.. also maybe have some zombies drop rotten flesh for emergencies
I feel like this challenge NEEDED break rooms, like every 25 rooms one room would have cooked food, armour, gear, etc, so it would be possible to be this, because you guys all ran out of food half way, if you had more I think you all would have a fighting chance at it.
I was just waiting for another food level and my heart sank every time there wasn’t one. I don’t think I would have lasted nearly HALF as long
The last floor would have been a giant wither, two normal withers, 8 ravagers.
And lingering potions would be raining from the sky (doesn't effect mobs)
They’re such an amazing team. They work so well together
I reckon enemies should drop tokens that you can save up and spend on occasional shop levels, where you buy food/gear, still incentivizes you to conserve food so you can afford better gear, but you also wont starve so easily. Plus adding Boss levels with an on screen health bar would be neat, and i think we should be able to see the health bars of the other players, would be more intense to see when they are low health as well.
The final boss is just a giant bedrock that takes up 75% of the elevator and has 3000 hearts.
There really needs to be some food loots from the animals or something. Feels like a bit of an oversight.

I feel like this would be even more intense if they added infinite food, but also increase the "spillover" rate of floors, so that you don't lose to lack of food, you lose to not killing fast enough.

The bedrock showing up several floors before it attacked was probably intentional, with the tactics to attack it as much as you can before they do.
Here's an idea to the developer next time: If someone die, they come back as an enemy with same gear. If you kill them. the player comes back (only one time).

Imo every 10 levels should have an animal flood so that you have food. Dying from lack of food is meh. Good test run tho, I think it’s a good idea. It just needs some polishing and also, after a certain point, make the elevator move up after a longer delay so it doesn’t become always more crowded the more health the mobs have
Yeah, either lengthen the time, or add checkpoints every 5 levels where the elevator stops until all the mobs are cleared. And they either needed a food refill at level 50 or the killer "passive" mobs should've dropped food so that a refill at least felt like a hard earned reward. I think that would've made it more fair, because honestly they probably still wouldn't have made it with how hard the mobs were getting in the later levels, but at least they would've had half a chance.

i love the end of this is just a snippit into their relationship. it felt like they forgot they were filming, talking about daylights savings
i really like this concept, but the elevator being the same all the time is kinda boring, maybe the floors being little bounded worlds, like a chunk of plains to fight in for one level, then a nether biome chunk for the next level, it would make it more interesting, plus maybe challenge levels, like a level where you have a chance to solve a puzzle or parkour for a chest with cool modded weapons or mounts or companions, could be amazing
I'm still sad that manhunt is over indefinitely, but I can't wait for these new challenges and series' and to see what else you guys have in store! Super excited!

@@adaliawright6891 They ruined the series by putting up too many rules. I'm glad they stopped and went to focus on other things since they were just making each new video worse than the previous ones.

A “safe” level where you can choose a small perk would be interesting
What if on every other level there would be an opportunity for one of you guys to have to get out of the elevator to get food and take stairs to catch up while the other two would continue fighting whatever entered the elevator when one of you exited. Higher risk (-1 fighter), high reward (food).

I'd love to see another version of this where you get further with more food and you should add a fourth player.
The final floor should be the entire Dream Team
There should be a merchant on every floor, and you have to decide between buying food or strong weapon, armor, or potion. The currency can come from the mobs, and maybe have the currency shared. And you can put the sponsor as a banner at the merchant place.

That thing they mentioned about the escalator version reminded me of Monstrosity Remonstered for some reason.
I think it would be neat if they played something similar to that map.
Id love to see a similar concept to this but there is a small map for each floor where there may be some parkour or obstacles as well as possible enemies.

This felt like that one scene from Cabin in the Woods, with the concept of Heaven's Arena arc from Hunter X Hunter too. Pretty neat.
I honestly thought they were gonna go through mazes and puzzles each floor they went through but they actually just stayed inside the elevator which is still neat.

ok but what if you sometimes have puzzles to do on some floors for a certain amount of time and if you solve it you could get extra food/weapons?
Kind of an idea from a game I played a lot a bit back, but I'd definitely be interested if someone added a random reward/penalty feature to this every 10 levels(ex. a reward that gives you half a stack to a stack of steak, or a penalty that makes the following floor more difficult, or possibly even a penalty that makes you go back down some floors), alongside the option to take that gamble or avoid it.
Betting someone said something alike this already, but just figured I'd just say this anyway.
it would be cool if the floors had puzzles in them as well or something. like if you complete a puzzle you get food, so that there’s a kind of strategy involved.
i found that the repetitive floors lost my interest a little. but if there was a little puzzle in the corner, that 2 of you had to protect while the other completed it for food? then it would have been so thrilling :O

tbh I'd love to see a collab with the vault hunters smp! This reminded me of that with the PvE and bosses :) It would be cool to see you guys be guests on VH or Forgotten Lands SMP (I think that's what 5up and Abe's SMP is called) to run some co-op vaults. I'm sure it's hard to coordinate so it's just an idea!

This reminds me of Sword art online quite a bit, i think it would be a bit more balanced if when the last mob dies, then it goes up a floor.

I think you should do this again but only use 10 levels that are super detailed that are like an escape room and then you have to run back to the elevator or you get left behind, so the game ends when u all get left behind or die from the challenges in the escape room ( a bit like that MCC game)
I'd love more elevator challenges! Especially with new mobs, could make different floors open into different biomes, do a timed resource collecting challenge in each ... So much potential

i think some things that should be added next time maybe is, instead of the overlapping floors when you dont kill each thing i'd say they should give the mobs annd instant potion of weakness, and although it might not help much i feel like when things overlap it gets rather overwhelming w all of the different amount of mobs, and types!!
another thing!! maybe on floor 50 its like a break level? at least for food or something? because i feel you guys couldnt even go out that long without food, even if you did try to save it up, they'll be times where you get hit three or four times, it takes alot of damage, therefore using more food, and you'll still be out quicker of food before you know it!!
overall i think the video was rlly fun to watch though!! i really like idea and i think its rather interesting!! love it always :D
