I love how Pia performs this song :D She's so cute ;D And she obviously poured her heart into it here. She's older, but she's 100% convincing as a child! I can't believe its the same woman from Chicago :D lolololol Max was great too. I love the scene when he tries to "fix" her by making her sit sidesaddle and she changes back to riding astride, because it really shows her character, a woman's place at the time, and the way people treated her and how she reacted
Well I'm not german so I'm not sure but I think they cheered because Michael changed the lyrics, saying "Was fur ein Musketier?". "Musketier" means "Musketeer" and He meant to be kidding 'cause Pia was leaving the show for being part of another musical called The three Musketeers.
I know it's been 11 years but anyway: Because he said "almost like a musketeer" which is a reference to pias role right after elisabeth closed as Milady DeWinter in a musical about the three musketeers! :)

That's awesome :D XD Thanks for the info :D
I understand that the people cheered because he gave her a candy the second time, but why did they cheer the first time?
