If my voice sounds strange, this is what I sound like on the second day of quitting cigarettes after having a pack a day habit since age 16. I know I sound strange and a bit unpleasant, but I'm so proud of myself, I wanted to commemorate this strange time.

I love your paint making videos. Congratulations on the start of your new journey! Celebrating each day is a great attitude. I say this with experience because I have helped a loved one quit their addiction. And each day we would celebrate with a walk in the forest, or a favorite dessert. Anything! Most importantly, they celebrated themselves, and their other interests and talents. You are such a delight and your videos inspire me. May God Bless You!
