As a kid I would have died for an art closet like that! This space is going to be so cute!

I love how this mom is fostering creativity with her daughter by letting her have an art cabinet. Yes, it can get messy but her creativity and growth due to her mom letting her get messy and make things will be wonderful and the life lessons she’ll get through that type of play will be so great! (Sorry, the art teacher in me is just so happy with this!!)

EDIT : I talked to Hallie and I had the facts wrong, they did treat the mold, but because cement is so porous they need to wait for the treatment to dry through. They are being very safe and had an expert in awhile back because mold is unfortunately very common here.
-Can't wait to show you the progress from DAY 3 next.... it's sooooo good!

If you had time in a future video it would be cool to hear about what tips and tricks you all have in Korea for trying to prevent the mold or how to fix it in a new place you move into!

Decluttering and organisation should be taught in schools! You showed that this can be done in a fun way: she really enjoyed it and now she has a great life skill that will help her forever. 👏

I use to teach my kindergarten classes how to do it and they always loved it! You're right, such a good skill to learn while young!

Dear April, you are such a good teacher, even for young children. You talk with the girl just like with an adult, that's great. And your method is so helpful for all people you work with! You should write a book for all of them who don't live in South Korea and cannot order you for their home or stuff! But the personal declutter help is the best way, sure. All my best wishes for you, stay safe, stay healthy!

You got her pink labels! 😭 So sweet!
(Side note: maybe the parents would be open to switching her pillow to the foot of her bed until the mold is sorted out?)

Having someone help you go through all your stuff is so incredibly helpful. I feel like you get rid of a ton more if you think you have to "justify" everything you're keeping to that other person, escpecially if you're bad at letting things go like I am.
I'm sure Ava decluttered a lot more than she would have without your help. I'm excited to see the end result!

Living in a waaay too small apartment I learned the hard way to buy ceiling height storage pieces only. I love both dressers, but from a storage point of view they don't provide enough space for the floorspace they are using. Also, I want to live there. These art supplies! I would probably stop sleeping until I tried all.of.it!!!

Fantastic progress as always! I hate to be that person but... I respectfully suggest that the kiddo bed be moved away from the mold patch. Little lungs are so sensitive and any damp or mold could cause health issues, even if it's being addressed and it's temporary, might be best to be cautious ❤️❤️

April, I love your way of organizing and working with children too 🤩. In my country apartaments are also rather small so your job is so true, so realistic. And you make the whole proces possible and doable. I do admire it. Thank you so much, I will use your ideas. Greetings from snowy Poland🙂

    Dear parents!
When Your kids are very good behaviour all the time and always taking good care of their things, keeping their rooms very clean, loving their favorite things and want to make nice childhood collections of their things: books, clothes, toys, video games, clothes, DVDs and etc, then donataing is very wrong thing to do. If You have few space then storage boxes and shelves will help You out and Your kids will be very happy and thankful then, if they can keep their favourite things. Childhood things are very valuable and it is very sad, if they won’t see them anymore in their life. Every child should have the right to keep their things, if they can take good care of them all the time!!!
    Respectfully,
    Astra Viil 🙏☺️

I love your channel but. . . Do you really think using the word “shit” for someone’s belongings is respectful or professional?? That word is harsh and ugly and you are NOT. Thank you!
