We moved there from Southern California when my company was bought and they offered me a position at their national headquarters in Cleveland. We eventually moved back to California but we often reminded each other of Strongsville and what a pleasant city it is.
I can’t imagine owning a house without the master bedroom on the main floor. Going up and down the stairs every freaking time to need to go to your bedroom for something is not for me.
Last 90 days we are seeing averages around $325,000. Low being 171k, high being 833k. Our team is seeing the sweet spot to be around that 500-600k to get the finishes and space many people are looking for in our area.
