- ANOTHER YORK Train Show video! I'm a month late, but here is my recap of the TCA York Train Show Fall 2022. As always, It was a ton of fun. Lot's of trains to purchase. And great friends to enjoy it with.

From the outside looking in, it seems that the O-Gauge community has a brotherhood that the rest of the hobby seems to really lack. I have been watching you and RBP Trains for a while and have great appreciation for the positive vibes you guys bring to the modeling community!

I have a lot of respect for your purchasing discipline. You buy what fits what you want to do and are able to not be persuaded by all the extra stuff that gets put in front of you.
I appreciate that. I think that discipline has helped me stay focused on what I like and continue to enjoy the hobby.
@@JDStucks I completely agree with that. If your going to buy stuff buy with a purpose. Something that you both like and fits what you envision.
Been to four York meets, but the coolest thing there is , York Rail, the railroad that runs right past the fairgrounds.
This year's York was my very first as a guest. I live just about an hour away and can't believe I never attended. I'll probably become a TCA member now. I was overwhelmed by everything. I bought myself a K-Line smoking Chessie caboose, and an MTH Premier Conrail RS-11. I saw you but you were busy with some other people. I was able to shout out a quick hey to Eric Siegel as we passed each other in the orange hall.
Definitely say hello next time!
Thanks for bringing out the friendship with other You Tubers. I was excited that had gotten the Nickel Plate passenger cars and see them on you lay out. I some of the passenger cars, but not all. I enjoy the use you made of MTH stuff. My son and i built a lay out together with mostly MTH Locomotives. Looking forward to see more of your You Tube videos.

Another excellent video, Jason. Glad you were able have such a great time. You brought back some great looking models to run. The diesel is a eye-catching addition and the Nickel Plate passenger consist looks very elegant behind the Berk #765! Your various visits to vendors was a nice touch, especially the interview with Atlas. Thanks for sharing the experience with your fans.

i use to work on the bmw project at the port of charleston, we hated tri-levels, we had to lift the middle deck up to strip out the bottom. threw my back out many times. cool to see the tri level's being made.
Great video enjoyed meeting you at the show and really appreciated the You Tuber's meet up. I hope that I can attend the show in April and talk more wiht all the people that I enjoy watching and learning from on You Tube.

Hi Jason , thank you so much for another great video. I use to go to York for the April and October shows . I went all the time and loved it. That was when I lived in NJ and now I'm in NC .My last York was October of 2015 . I sure do miss it. But when your retired I just don't have the money
But I'm building a 28ft x 53ft plus a lot more. At my age I don't know how to do youtube video's that well.

I'm jealous! My mother 'back in the day' worked for the Nickle Plate Road for a short time. I'm also a passenger car fanatic with a set of Erie, PRR, N&W & Norfolk Southern cars. I look forward to you running them on your layout!

Excellent review of your experiences at York, Jason! Once again, it's maybe next year for me... Love your City of Lorain passenger car and continue to hunt for one myself. Great to see them pulled behind your Berkshire. I have the Alco PAs that pulled the Blue Bird, but the full consist remains a work in progress. Thank you for sharing your love of the hobby with all of us. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Jason Victor from New Jersey how are you sir? Couple things one excellent video nice take from York. Being Mr New Jersey I'm pretty sure the Conrail could have pulled those 20 cars alone LOL second the nickel plate road awesome I'm currently trying to get a Lionel HO scale train set nickel plate road as well this year's catalog think it was second half of the year unfortunately I can't do O gauge just now. Little more bad news I will see you at work in the spring I'm sorry to put you through that. And I am going through my subscribers wishing them there's significant others family and whomever a wonderful blessed New Year and thanking them all for the previous year. You being the second subscriber of mine with the trains now I have 25 maybe or so only watch the top seven or eight everyday the other guys not so good I'm sure you could pick the top group. Also I want to see that Conrail running a lot I grew up in that state and I'm still here and I'll be honest I haven't seen one on the rails in a long time. Very well thank you for your effort your time this year looking forward to next year it's going to be a good one I will see you in the spring I apologize.

Great video as always, the Conrail dash 8 is beautiful engine also loved NKP cars ,the interview with Jarrett of Atlas O w as perfect I have three auto racks on pre-order, I'm not familiar with the caboose on the train at end of video is that MTH? Thanks

Really enjoyed the video. York definitely looks like a must do for the future. If you had a choice between going in the Spring, or the Fall, which would you choose?
I only go to Fall York, which is typically better attended. So I recommend Fall.

Be nice if that let the public go in all of the buildings for the 23$ they charge , I don’t belong to tca , nor do I want to but when tca members have Thursday and Friday to look every thing over Saturday for 23 $ the public should be able to go in all buildings I was told I couldn’t that’s crazy, so I left ordered what I needed on line , if I should have been able to go into all buildings and paid 23$ some I hope can comment on this ? Just wondering what the actual admission rule is for non members on Saturday?

Loved the video and the news/views, did you not stop by a pharmacy and purchase razor blades. Mate, I have to tell you that this look is classed as scruffy, however, if your significant other half does not agree, kill the razor blades.

It’s absolutely become a rich man’s hobby. Wish I had a pile of money to go to train shows and buy, buy, buy…. Not to mention be able to order brand new items. A new Atlas Engine is $500+. Ugh!
