After doing the preset of each carb, they may need additional opening with half turn increments, monitor your rpm increase until it does not increase anymore. I now have to figure how to attach the tool while on the bike, I am told that it can be done, well I will give it a shot.

I know this is likely obvious but you should be counting from a counter-clockwise direction. You're opening the screw 2 5/8 turns...

I've just stripped and cleaned my st11 carbs and about to do the same set up. Where did you get the pilot screw adjuster tool from? I got a sealey one but it is too big to get in there.

Sorry for the delay Richard, my tool, came with the bike, you can buy it from Amazon or EBay or visit your local Honda dealer, I showed the turns to the right for illustration count on my card but once the jets are closed, open the by going 2.5/8 turns to the left. Thanks for watching.

Thanks for your reply, I haven't been able to find one like that anywhere and I know from a Honda dealer in the UK it's very expensive, over £125. I will keep looking, Thanks.
