I've been playing Palutena since the release, and as soon as I saw PR, I thought he was a great Palutena. I've been following him for a while now, and I've thought he was the best Palutena if he travelled more. This has now convinced me. You have a great Palutena, PR, thank you for bringing my character into the spotlight. She was the character that I always picked up as soon as I felt uncomfortable.

Tiers are only based on how good a character performs by placement in tourneys. its kind of primitive to judge if a character is good or bad that way, as seen here.
You see, this is why I love smash 4. I love zero more than the next guy, but it's satisfying to see that even top players aren't perfect. Any major melee tourney almost always has the big 6 in finals, whether it be m2k, mango, leffen, ppu, westballz or HBOX. It's still fun to watch, but watching the millionth fox or Marth gets old. We just saw Palutena, a character widely considered to be low/bottom tier, beat up a top tier. By a top player. Where else can you see that?
