Golden State Warriors Dynasty Retrospective

The Golden State Warriors have enjoyed a run of success that few franchises in the National Basketball Association (NBA) history can match. Now, the future of the franchise is very uncertain. They lost in the 2019 NBA Finals to the Toronto Raptors, falling short of their goal of winning three straight championships (also known as a 3peat). Kevin Durant ruptured his Achilles in the NBA Finals, then left in free agency. Klay Thompson tore his ACL and will miss most of next season. I question whether or not the Warriors dynasty can continue, but before we get to that, I explain the rise and story of the Warriors dynasty. The Warriors won all their championships, during this dynasty, against LeBron James, Kyrie Irving, Kevin Love, and the Cleveland Cavaliers. In addition to the Cavs, the Warriors have beaten the Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Rockets, Portland Trail Blazers, Memphis Grizzlies, and Utah Jazz in the playoffs.

Interesting video! My theory is they will do even better wothout Durant or Thompson. It's simply a prediction. But let me explain, take Detroit Red Wings (fav hockey team) once had a similar situation like Golden State except it lasted longer. From 96'-2005 they were STACKED and looking at the roster now they had 13-15 amazing players mainly hall of famers on 1 roster!!! But often you have to bench guys who alone can win games and steal the show and thats the problem. Golden State is too stacked with guys who can win championships. You said it yourself Curry is the face of Golden State so with Thompson and Durant gone they cam emphasize Curry more and have him running the show more.
