Why don’t u see that people are getting rich on the other side most of the flats newly available are in the range of 65-1.25 crore category there is very less stock available in 40-60 lakhs category that is also a reason of less sales because most builders know basic flats will not make profits so they are going with mid range to luxury and average size of flats is also reason for price hike from year 2000-2015 average size was less than 550-800 sqft category now average size of flat is around 1000-1050 sqft so this makes price difference people mentality also changed a lot most people are willing to buy big size flats they want more space and room and privacy so all these factors eventually increase there budget so people who were willing to buy small size flat now waiting and saving for mid size flats
