Cat is right I agree that back in the days police use to address people like that but that’s not the general attitude of the police you have to understand that you will be treated according to how you carry yourself no disrespect but there’s a certain stigma that’s associated with Rasta so right away the police going to deal with him differently I lived in Jamaica and pass through several police checkpoints and never been treated with any disrespect and even most recently these young police are polite and respectful.
