- This is an unofficial trailer of the up coming DVD "Paramotor Swoopdown-Daejeon City". It was was filmed during our competition in South Korea - Daejeon City.
Since it is an unofficial trailer (Not the final one), please give your comments to make it better (negative comments will be even more appreciated.

Man, I have always wanted to fly my whole life, got a flat top ninja and K2 wing, never took any lessons. Two years later with over 250 hours of nothing but safe, fun flying. The best equipment is very important to flying in a safe confident manner. FUN!!!!
You no I see Dell debate with people all the time and he never looses his cool and speak bad of anyone with such language as the people insulting him. He for sure is a class act, and I'm pround to call him a friend! He has never lead me wrong when it comes to safety.
I think its a brilliant idea to do these kind of festivals, it would be great for City and tourist promotions. A very good thought guys. BTW excellent flying as well.

Chris Santacroce will be your man. He is quite possibly THE BEST paragliding pilot in the united states, and a fantastic instructor. I believe his stomping ground is point of the mountain, if I'm not mistaken. SuperFlyChris (dot com) is his website. Thank you for your service!

Could you not shut the motor down in the air and float down? or is there not enough boyancy in the chutes?

Oh! Sorry, I didn't get that. That's actually a FANTASTIC idea. Free-flying (un-powered paragliding) will give you a VERY well-rounded skill-set that will make you a much better paramotor pilot. Where do you live? Paragliding is very dependent on optimum terrain and conditions for safe flight. If you're in an area that has some popular paragliding sites, hook up with a local USHPA instructor and get started! Typically, around $1500 will get you your P2 intermediate license.
Are you in CA?
There are a lot of great units out there. In the US, BlackHawk Paramotors, Kangook USA and Parajet are all great units. If you're just starting out, get something known for reliability. I've had my BlackHawk for 2 years and have never had any major issues. Maintain your engine well and it'll run for a long time without problems. Check out BlackHawkParamotor (dot com) for info on BlackHawk. You can google the others of course. I don't know their sites right off the top of my head. Happy flying!
There is nothing negative about this video Brother. The only Negative Comment i have is why there isnt something about what kind of parashut and motor you were all using. I am Building my own Electric paramotor, and soon i will be flying like you GUYS, and one day i will go over to a paramotor like yours too. The problem is i live in Dk, and there are so few used motors here, and i will never pay 10000us for a motor!!?
@luv2jive : Air laws are different from one country to another . We do not have the same perception of risk and reward . Living is accepting the risk of dying every day, without being a jackass.
These guys really trust their paramotors engines. Unwise.

@luv2jive There are, however, rules that prohibit flying over congested areas... again, that's in the US. It varies from country to country.
I have earned my student pilot license for paragliding few years ago.I was wondering do I need to master paragliding without motor before taking on paramotor?

Lets say something did go wrong at higher altitude obviously, lets say a major line twist or something, do you actually guys pack a reserve or not?

I fly a FLAT TOP EVO and FLAT TOP 200 SUPER, It is an awesome feeling when your feet come off the ground and go smoothly into the air on a paramotor.
Hey, I lived in South Korea for a few years, what are the requirements to fly there? Could I fly a trike?? Is a sports pilot enough? The mountains there are so beautiful. I love the mountains around 운문사.

Actually there was a lot of turbulence when we flew that day in town. And tight spaces to land. For the spot landing competition there was also a wide mix of different skill levels ;) check out PARAMANIA d o tt COM
I'm not saying that doesn't look totally awesome, I mean who wouldn't want to fly in an urban landscape, but man that's dangerous. One engine out flying over traffic and you're roadkill. That being said, I would totally do it given the opportunity :-)

I am having a really hard time finding paramotor videos of continuous flying. I have found just a few. The vast majority are full of constant film cutting. That is annoying.
