How that happens I have no idea but perhaps we could help with that. 🤷♂️ I understand the parents frustration being separated from their children but surely the children are well taken care of.
Easier said than done. these countries are littered with corruption; cartels and gangs have taken over these countries and you try to fight against them you’re putting your life and your family’s on the line. I promise you that a lot of people don’t wish to leave their country but they’re forced to because the lifestyle is dangerous and hard to go through.
What is your contribution to America cause within the last four years this country went to shyt. So what initiatives do/did you take to help better this country.
You mean like in 1954 when the president of Guatemala wanted to pass agrarian reform to help poor farmers and peasants in the country? The CIA overthrew him at the request of United Fruit Company (Chiquita Bananas) under the excuse that he was working with the Soviets (spoilers he wasn't!) and replaced him with a brutal dictatorship that threw the country into decades of civil war. Certain countries and certain people have an interest in keeping certain other countries poor and noncompetitive.
you mean like the countless democratically elected leaders whose capitulations were facilitated by the CIA? or the dictators who were propped up by the CIA? or maybe the drug trade that was also supervised by .... you guessed it, the CIA?
Thank you so much for creating this piece. I will share it far and wide. It's too easy for people to turn a blind eye to the realities of this horrific situation. Based on some of the comments below, some people will never see this as the multi-layered humanitarian crisis that it is. Is it because they lack empathy and human compassion? Or is it just that they don't see the migrants as human. I pray for all of them.
The USA citizens do have compassion and empathy. We have more homeless people than South America. Come here legally and learn to speak our language and become a citizen.
It's because there is a protocol to becoming a citizen here, AS WITH ANYWHERE ELSE, & as life is...WHEN YOU WANT SOMETHING BADLY, YOU WILL WORK FOR IT. LIKE THE ONES WHO HAVE "DONE THE WALK, LEGALLY" WHERE THERE IS A WILL, THERE IS A WAY. This isn't a GAME, THIS IS REAL LIFE, & if in case you missed it, TAKE A LOOK @ THE HUNGRY, ABUSED, NEGLECTED, OVERLOOKED & MURDERED CHILDREN/ PEOPLE IN OUR OWN COUNTRY FIRST. EVERYONE WITH HALF A BRAINCELL KNOWS...YOU CAN'T HELP ANYONE IF YOU CAN'T HELP YOURSELF FIRST! This includes A COUNTRY.
That last comment hurt me as a citizen myself. I've worked with immigration and immigrants and hearing some of the pain and horror they had and continue to have is hard and then hearing and seeing the injustice some of these cases endure is heart breaking. We need a better system
The problem isn't the familes and young men seeking work to send back or to support their families but those illegally crossing in large groups being abused, sex trafficked and bled dry of thousands of dollars for a Coyote to show the way. Its sick

I don’t have anybody to blame but myself … I acted in such a way that I was eligible for deportation and the federal government chose to excercise that right … had I followed the law, I could still be enjoying my life there rather than having to re settle and have wayyy less opportunity here …
How can anyone in Honduras save $7000.00? The average American making 50 grand can't save that much. If you have 7 grand in Honduras, that is like $50,000 saved in the US. You would be set for years with 7 thousand in Central America. That part of this does not make any sense.

Why it is that in Africa they speak English easily but in South America, which is just a neighbor to the US, many don't speak English. I am from the Philippines and it is so common for a Spanish person to approach locals here and ask, Do you speak Spanish? This I find to be pure arrogant. It is also very common for a spanish person to ask, Do you speak Spanish in the US. They want to come to US, but English language is given no importance to them. Even the poorest of the poorest community in Aftrica or Philippines can speak little English or atleast they try to.
They will be back? And again public funds would be used again on the same person, that hardly makes sense, why doesnt the united states have treatise or migration programmes with other countries regarding illegal immigrants which in that case would become political refugees or war refugees or refugees? Instead of wasting so much of the tax payers money they coukd have migration agreements for migrants who wish to live in another country other than their own, if they are real refugees and really in need to live elsewhere instead of their own countries, any otger country that takes them in woukd be doing them a favour and it wouldbt cost anywhere near what its costing the u.s at this point in time or has! There are reasons why this along with many other things hasnt happened and wont stop happening, a very clear example of that is private detention centres just like private jails, its not a political comment, all it takes is a tiny bit of investigating as to who owns some of these detention centres, and you will clearly see why illegal immigration is a farce just as much as the war on drugs is..countries like canada or Australia or Great Britain, Singapore, Germany, Sweden, Denmark etc takes refugees in anyone who makes a trip like these illegal immigrants do that risk their lives im sure would love to find somewhere else to live family included, its these kinds of questions you should be asking your congressmen and women, demanding viable cheaper solutions , the market that has been buikt around illegal immigration is just too big to shut down, aftwr all ask yourself, what is the necessity to keep someone who entered the u.s illegally for an extended period of time? Wouldnt it be easier and cheaper to have some for of dedicated transport system to get them out as soon as possible out of the country? Think about it-its alot bigger than just deportation, this is an established business model that makes billions if not trillions of dollars and employs a whole lot of people.

Detention centers serve their purpose and I'm all for enforcing immigration laws but what was happening a few years ago was almost the equivalent to the concentration camps of ww2. America would most likely be like Nazis Germany by now if it was not for the left. As retarded as those tree huggers might seem at times they have saved hundreds of thousands of American and Latin American lives. They are the ones keeping the Trump administration in check and if it were not for them the administration would be out of control and there would be a all out civil war in this country.
They know the scam…….fix their own countries first
Why don’t these people take the initiative to better their homeland instead of simply fleeing and becoming a burden on others. At some point the issues in their home countries needs to be addressed.
Because these folks from these countries don't have easy accessibility to firearms and can't spark a revolution.
you mean like the countless democratically elected leaders whose capitulations were facilitated by the CIA? or the dictators who were propped up by the CIA? or maybe the drug trade that was also supervised by .... you guessed it, the CIA?
i grow up in ussr. what size of country. border was guarded so good , that people could not get out. this is all politics. same in europe

☮️ n ❤️

Its sick

I was a green card holder after moving to the US age 8 … I never bothered to get my citizenship when eligible at age 18 due to running around young, wild and dumb …
With that being said, I got my first felony at 19 and 3 more at 22 … once I tried to renew my GC and having these charges on my record .. they put me thru deportation proceedings and ultimately deported me. I don’t have anybody to blame but myself … I acted in such a way that I was eligible for deportation and the federal government chose to excercise that right … had I followed the law, I could still be enjoying my life there rather than having to re settle and have wayyy less opportunity here …
If you do not like private centers making money off you , do not break the USA laws and come here, plain and simple.
How case management cost four dollars a day? How about lodging, meals, transportation, professional fees? This guy on 14:16 does not sound right
How yall mess up a whole country???? Something isnt right...
How can anyone in Honduras save $7000.00? The average American making 50 grand can't save that much. If you have 7 grand in Honduras, that is like $50,000 saved in the US. You would be set for years with 7 thousand in Central America. That part of this does not make any sense.
God Bless you for locking up the threat against our national security.
We need to do our part too and stop sending guns and ammo south of the border.
I guess they should've just stayed at home
Geo did a bunch of hiring 2017-2018 in Southeast Georgia and by 2020 due to deportations, Geo closed down that specific location that hired all those people. That one summer, you heard the commercial on the radio like twice an hour.
What is geo in Georgia?
Why is it they blame everyone but themselves. This family put that beautiful child in Horrific danger. Then when they Become a victim of their own crime, they want to always blame somebody else.
Omg, how many people were in the back of that truck!!!
In Dallas county jail a 19 cent ramen costs 85 cents.
Remember people: when there is a demand, there will ALWAYS be a supply..👌🏾
They should ask these people what gives you the right to enter another country without permission
There’s always going to be people that make bad decisions
I agree with you
Its so simple dont make the trip.
Get them deported
Gabrielle R why ?
But that's only if they show up to their court summons
Who pays for the people in private prisons? Federal funds?
This should sent a message to anyone thinking about coming into our country. I’m glad they are charging them to be in prison and for us tax payers paying for them. This is a lesson to anyone coming in our country the USA...

Some bias in this presentation for sure. I guess the words "unlawful entry" do not mean that a law (hence unlawful) has been violated which is punishable with prison, fines or both ? This is not a violation of the 13th amendment they knowingly entered a sovereign Nation to which they are not citizens of knowingly with the expectations of not being held accountable & deported. The economic conditions in their own home nations are not the American People's problem. Their nation's have received billions in aid from the United States. What have their governments done with it besides enrich themselves and their families. Instead of fleeing their homes they should consider organizing themselves and fighting for their own homeland. It may not be the convenient feel good answer but facts are facts.
and I bet you're the guy who says if you don't like the laws in your state or crime in your city, you should move.
@@BangBangBang. I bet your the guy that thinks you know something when in reality you don't. If you don't like something about the ordinance, city code, policies or laws that exist in your local or state governments then work to change them through action & civic engagement if that fails then begin the process of running for office or fielding candidates that represent the ideas you believe will better your community, state and nation. That's how change happens in a civil society not by fleeing like cowards who don't want to fight for what is theirs but take from those who have. If one's political system is corrupt I would recommend organizing and arming themselves to take their rights & dignity back not flee like cowards to live under that which they have not sacrificed for. I have fought & sacrificed for America my homeland & many other's homelands as well so why can't they sacrifice for their own? Cowardice is not an option for any real man.
