Where do the Parent Categories (or I believe you referred to it as a Root Category) get entered? Mine are all blank and I can't seem to find any instruction in the FAQ sections on Goimagine.

When you are in creating a listing, you have marketplace categories, and right below are shop categories. There is a link there as well to add shop categories if you haven't done so already. This is when you are editing a listing, right above where you add the product description. Wish i could addd a screenshot here.
