The security line was insane! I did my first international flight after COVID-19 2 months ago, and was surprised by how long the line was at SGN too. I arrived 3 hours early but when we got to the gate only 30 minutes before boarding started. What I like of this flight was that the pilots announced several times about the view. I don't see this often, and this showed they were happily doing their job.
I absolutely love how SQ programmed and designed the IFE and seat features on their new A350 cabins! A few of my family members went on their A350 to SFO and they were impressed by it. Nice video as always, Jayden!

Awesome Jayden! I sat in the same row on a flight from Bangkok to Singapore back in May. Two seats with a large gap between the window and the window seat. Thoroughly enjoyable.
The Uluru aerial flyover was such a treat Jayden! I love it when a flight path takes you over a major iconic landmark and this is a UNESCO one. The clear weather was a major bonus. 😁
Another spectacular flight experience with SQ. Despite the back row I definitely believe you chose well and had a good service provided. The view of Uluru was just perfect!
I just booked a business class flight with Singapore at the start of next year... its been so long since I flew with them, so I'm very excited. Great review as always!
Great video! This new cabin looks so much better than the one I’ve been on on my SQ flight last year. I really hope I can fly Singapore Airlines again soon. Their crew was so lovely!
I have tried their older seats on the 777 which is the same on the older 350 I think, they're quite good still haha but storage wise new one is slightly better :)
Hi Jayden, It’s great that to know that the Pilots on Singapore Airlines pointed out Uluru. I know Qantas does this if they happen to fly past it during the day. I like flying Thai Airways to Australia when leaving BKK, as usually they will fly past the part of Indonesia where you get to see the volcanoes🌋 . Last time I did this was in 2017, in one of their B747’s . Unless I fly Lufthansa to Europe again, I don’t see the Likelihood of flying in a B747 again..
Yeah I saw it on the news the other day that a Qantas pilot flew ‘zig zag’ over the rocks area so people on both sides could see Uluru!! Thanks for watching Paul!! au.news.yahoo.com/qantas-passengers-stunned-pilots-sneaky-uluru-detour-235400483.html

Hi Jayden thank you for amazing video Singapore airlines I believe is very good my agent been on it myself. The food very good. Thank you for showing us some of the wedding hope you all had a good time.

My partner was a senior family member which required him to drink a toast at every table. He does not drink alcohol so delegated the drinking part to me. You really are a man of mystery with all of the friends you travel with so I just wonder, although your personal life is definitely none of my business. How nice that you got to go to a friend’s wedding. The food looked fabulous. Finally, so who (what me? Nosy?) was the guy who did a swan dive onto the bed at the end? At first I thought it was you but it was not. Thanks for the great well balanced video Jayden. Cheers from Colin.
Hi Colin!! It was my first time attending a Chinese wedding so it was definitely something to remember of!! The guy I shared my hotel room with flew in from Brisbane on the same day. He lives there and just like me, is originally from Hong Kong and came to Australia for education :) I went back to Australia after this trip, he went to Hong Kong to see family and friends!!

Well Jayden your comments section is really coming alive 😂. Excellent all round video as expected with loads of personality bit by bit hints of your personal life, which we’re all also interested in 😎
Hey Jayden, I’m glad you enjoyed the flight! It looked and felt overall very good too! I’m from Singapore and thus, while based in Sydney, will almost always fly SQ. On my most recent SYD-SIN flight earlier in July, I was disappointed for the B773ER economy seats were showing their age (mine and my partner’s seats could recline on their own without pushing the recline button, seat padding worn thin), very dry cabin environment; however, the dealbreaker was the woeful catering out of Kingsford-Smith. Thankfully, on the return leg to SYD, it was the much more comfy, quiet and more humid A380 with the most current cabin product, and much better catering out of Changi, as is normally expected of SQ.
I flew red-eye SIN MEL on a 777-300ER in June. Was very happy with the 3-3-3 even though it was an older plane. That being said, there was no dinner served, only a breakfast before landing. SQ day flights are heaps better!
Yes, I have taken SQ’s red eye flights post-pandemic, they have really cut back on a lot of service and amenity. (Then, again, most airlines have, too.) But their day flights remain great, as you say!
8:59 As expected, the crew are immaculately groomed. 😁 9:13 🐑 Shepherd's pie is made with lamb, not beef. 🐄 A "beef shepherd's pie" is a cottage pie. 9:18 Is that George?
hi, will you recommend this last row seat? is there a lot of noise coming from the gallery / toilets ? is there actually extra space or does the seat feels more spacious because of the 2 seats configuration instead of the 3 configuration like other rows?
absolutely! Definitely more (floor)space on the window side. Actual seats are the same Main disadvantage is you get off last. But other than that, most of the duration you are up in the air flying with extra space and unrestricted recline anytime you want including during the meal service!
@@JaydenWong hi thanks for sharing. do you feel more motion at the last row seats ? does it get extremely rocky and shaky during air turbulence ? heard from reviews that back of the plane experiences much more motion that the middle part of the plane. did u experience any motion sickness?
@@JaydenWong is there a lot of noise from the gallery or the flushing of the toilets that caused you discomfort or disturbance during your flight ? :) as I will be taking a night flight. Thanks !
Special meals in SQ economy were like in business class where you can choose a dish but it’s for your dietary requirements. Could be vegan meals, child meal, or as specific as vegetarian Indian meal :)
Singapore airlines is normally top quality, but they forgot the starter, and no cheese or crackers. Both options looked nice and filling meals, for sure they would taste good. Its just you expect singapore airlines to just go that bit extra, cos they are so good.
I notice the refreshment service is lacking compared to previous trips I have done on SQ.what I would do if in Transit onto somewhere else personally is put the do not disturb stickers on the back of the tray table and just wait till Singapore to get something decent from a local food place.my other option ex Adelaide would be bringing my own sandwich from Muffin Break as an alternative bought in the terminal.
Hi Jayden 👋. Great review 👍🏻. You can't go wrong choosing SQ anytime as far as I am concerned. They have been my favorite airline for so many years. It is sad though to see them "cutting back" on some of their on board services especially the quality/portion size of their meal service. I suppose if it's absolutely necessary to remain profitable they must do so. Glad I wasn't your flight attendant on this flight as you " worked the poor FAs ragged"🤣. I can pretty much guarantee you that if you had tried that on most other airlines that the FAs would have laughed at your requests. Asking for water in Economy Class before take off seems a little "too entitled" my friend. Just teasing you Jayden.🤣 Seriously, pre-departure is a really busy time for them and in the U.S. they generally are "not paid" until the doors close. Take care and have a fun weekend.
Thanks John!! Wait til you find out on overnight flights, they don’t even serve dinner😫 Don’t worry, I did walk to the galley to ask for the water haha, I tried to minimise their workload as much as I can. But that’s also an airport/airline problem, airports like Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Adelaide has security before the gate so you can’t bring liquid onboard. Some airlines deal with this problem by leaving a bottle of water for everyone on their seats. Should they have done that, I wouldn’t need to ask for a cup of water haha. From security to meal service, it’d be 2 hours without water and I’d rather look annoying then thirst myself, especially if I have to do this all the water! Helps to reduce bloating too if you keep hydrated.
You make a good point regarding cutbacks. One transatlantic airline, namely Jet Blue, is an exception ... perhaps by offering the sort of Y catering offered years ago it wants to generate favourable publicity.
@@alexmcwhirter6611 Yes, JetBlue is my favorite airline in the States. Their "Mint Class" is the best "Business/First Class(domestic) for transcontinental flights. As an "old timer" I was spoiled flying back in the " golden age" of commercial aviation when taking a flight was an enjoyable experience and the flight attendants actually enjoyed their jobs. To be fair, there was none of the hassle of TSA and the strict "health regulations" that all passengers have to put up with these days. "C'est la vie".
Flew the same flight a few days b4 you and was really disappointed with the seating. Suppose it's all bums on seats for revenue not passenger comfort. Food and crew were good with a bit off turbulence thrown in. Rebooked and payed a little bit extra for my return trip back next month knowing now what the seating is like. I won't comment on Adelaide's Immigration departure experience but ............
Congratulations to the lovely couple, wishing them happiness throughout their marriage 💑

0:38 people mountain people sea haha
The flight seat look like premium economy. Jayden you should doing pillow war with your friend.
Cool plane ✈️
8:59 As expected, the crew are immaculately groomed. 😁 9:13 🐑 Shepherd's pie is made with lamb, not beef. 🐄 A "beef shepherd's pie" is a cottage pie. 9:18 Is that George?
yep I didn't even realise he said it wrong hahaha!!!
The crew trusted you and gave you 2 snacks, hahahaha!!!!!
😁
How do you keep such a steady hand during filming ? Nice videos 😊👍
practise 🤣 Been doing this for 6 years haha
hi, will you recommend this last row seat? is there a lot of noise coming from the gallery / toilets ? is there actually extra space or does the seat feels more spacious because of the 2 seats configuration instead of the 3 configuration like other rows?
absolutely! Definitely more (floor)space on the window side. Actual seats are the same
Main disadvantage is you get off last.
@@juneyeo1169 for me not at all, A350 is generally quite smooth anyways, plus turbulence don't last long :)
@@JaydenWong is there a lot of noise from the gallery or the flushing of the toilets that caused you discomfort or disturbance during your flight ? :)
as I will be taking a night flight. Thanks !
Would you recommend your seat choice or do people tend to bump into that seat?
Definitely yes! though you will the last to disembark. didn’t find the bumping or proximity to galley to be an issue :)
very well made!
thank you Robin!!
Hi Jayden, just wanna ask you that do you have any idea of what special meal options are available for customers?
Special meals in SQ economy were like in business class where you can choose a dish but it’s for your dietary requirements. Could be vegan meals, child meal, or as specific as vegetarian Indian meal :)
Singapore airlines is normally top quality, but they forgot the starter, and no cheese or crackers. Both options looked nice and filling meals, for sure they would taste good. Its just you expect singapore airlines to just go that bit extra, cos they are so good.
Yep starter, hot towels and paper menus are missing!! Thanks for watching Nigel
Great video
thanks Kevin!!
La vie est belle !
oui en effet!
@@JaydenWong Jayden, bravo! Happy for you!!!
Wait til you find out on overnight flights, they don’t even serve dinner😫
Don’t worry, I did walk to the galley to ask for the water haha, I tried to minimise their workload as much as I can.
@@jvstcu76 Yes I agree. But Jet Blue's transatlantic product is better than the domestic one.
@@alexmcwhirter6611 I will be looking forward to trying it. Thanks
Always pick the front rows when coming back to Adelaide. Even if you’re in business😂😂😂💀 sorry to hear about your experience with them
This vidio is so good
