How do people grow clusters of cysts like this? Especially on their faces? He needs medicine to slow down the shedding of skin into the cysts. Then I think a derm would have to do basically what the spa tech did, except with neater incisions and stitches.
You can tell this person is older and his skintone indicates he labors outside a lot. Decades of being out in the Sun makes all that trapped sweat, sebum, dirt, and skin cells makes them more prone to skin thickening cystic acne.

You’re not just opening where it needs to be extracted you’re hack sawing it!! Multiple times in one spot where you’re ripping it open and pulling it. I love to watch extractions especially big ones like these but this person has to live with the damage and the pain. SMH

This is a very bad job He/she has a bad case of acne. Popping the cysts with a needle is not solving the problem . He/she needs a topical creme. Or better yet a dermatologist.
So the video says that this popping video is an hour and 1.15 minutes. Let's see how much is actually popping vindeo and how long is the cooking section of video. Normally we get about 10-15 minutes and the rest is cooking and can't even understand what shes saying. Well 10 minutes on the nose. So that leaves over an hour to cooking.
