I have also the same problem, i have patella alta, two weeks ago I subluxated my patella and I couldn't walk the first two days. Now I can walk but when I flex my leg sometimes my knee cap moves from her position in the grove because of the trauma I had, on other days i don't have to deal with this. I want to mention that my knee doesn't hurt, it's not swollen, I don't have any torn ligaments, probably little bit injured. I went to the doctor and he told me that I was lucky and I should recover. My question is: Can my patella return in her grove with physical therapy ?
Where exactly does it go when you flex. Because I have a somewhat similar issue but its not diagnosed. When I flex hard my kneecap seemingly pops inside somewhat. Its hard to explain.
I have knee misalignment and my rheumatologist recommended pt to learn the McConnell taping method, which, effectively, is a way of using tape to keep the kneecap in the position it should be, as opposed to any braces
thanks for your videos, greetings from italy!

Does anyone know a good knee brace to help my knee cap track properly? Thanks in advance!!
