    Amazing video! I just did this same trip for the last Sunday. Spark Trixx was not the best for the rough conditions lol. Next time you get lunch in Tobermory Ship Wreck Lee’s, best fish and chips around!

      We have so many great areas on the water to explore. I am however having to go farther and farther to find new areas.

    Great video as always Bob, I rode to Lions Head from Wiarton on the 24th and couldnt believe how much pollen was on the water. There was lots of large patches , solid yellow

    I did that trip in 2021 on my Fishpro it was beautiful but you have to be super careful as its dangerous, you can be at an 800ft deep cliff and all of a sudden a rock pops up at less than 2 ft in front of you so need to be aware also even on "calm" days its really choppy and it can pick up really quick on our way back halfway we had to pull into Tobermory because of the waves around the north shore of the fathom five park, it was really fun thought but definitely to be made in a group

      Totally agree with you. Georgian is beautiful but can be unforgiving and things can change quickly.

    Good video Bob.
    I tried heading up there last year but the weather never cooperated with my schedule.
    Going to try late July when I have a few weeks off.

      It’s a trip you must do Nigel. I know Mark has done it a few times. Hope the eye has healed from all the black fly bites. Looked nasty.

    • @NigelHay
      @NigelHay Рік тому

      @bobsudeyko4088 that was brutal.
      A little worried for a fee hours as we were hours away from a hospital, but thankfully it healed well.

    Chi-Cheemaun means BIG CANOE in Ojibwe language. Vehicle including 2 passengers is $70-$75 one way. Fantastic trip. Walk-0n is $15 for seniors. Does about 6 trips a day.

    Great video Bob, any recollection of what the wind speed was in the water the day you shot this video?

    • @bobsudeyko4088
      @bobsudeyko4088  Рік тому

      Id say it ranged between 7 to 13 kmh. Need to be careful of wind on that coastline.

    • @bobsudeyko4088
      @bobsudeyko4088  Рік тому

      I just checked Windfinder and it is saying 12 k for your area. Should be good but still might be some swells from previous wave action that have not fully died down.

    Great video just wondering what app are you using on the smart phone? is it free or subscription based? Thank you

    • @bobsudeyko4088
      @bobsudeyko4088  5 місяців тому

      I use Navionics on the phone in addition to my Garmin for navigation. There is an annual subscription cost for Navionics.

    If you are heading to Lake Superior. I would launch from Sinclair cove near the Agawa Rock Pictographs. The scenery is the best in Lake Superior Provincial Park. You could go north from there to campsites or south to the Agawa Rock Pictographs.

    • @bobsudeyko4088
      @bobsudeyko4088  Рік тому

      Thanks so much. I really would love to do Superior. On the list. Thanks again I will check it on a map.

      After about three months of use. There is nothing in it. I think for how I ride. Cruising vs top end there is no need for it. It was an experiment. Now I know.
