Hey everyone! Welcome to another build. Thanks so much for dropping by! We hope you enjoy the Burning Barbarian, and we’ll see you next week for another build video!! PS - can you spot the hidden Ghost of Atmora...?
I love how this character breaks the typical expectations - a Nord using magic, siding with the Imperials, and wearing an amulet of Talos while in the Legion. I like the combination of barbarian fighting style with fire magic and that the fire magic is an extension of his Th’uum. I like the use of the Dragonbone Warhammer and the Fire Wyrm - neither are commonly seen in builds. Nice reference to The Burning Barbarian learning how to make the potion from The Stylite Storm - I like that the tie in was that he offered her shelter in his cabin.

I never considered how well Fire magic and the Thu'um go so well together. I have seen Cryomancer characters who use the Ice Form and Frost Breath shouts but this combination really makes him feel like a dragon in a human's body. Excellent Work!
I love how you make a nord Stormcloak & a nord Imperial, I think people forget that not all nords like Ulfric or his cause and so most nords I see are Stormcloaks. And good news my Ps4 is getting fixed so I can play your awesome builds.
Another point against Ulfric is that the Thalmor want him to continue and see him as a tool to further cause chaos to divide the Empire so the Dominion could easily conquer them

A nord offering hospitality to an Argonian, heresy! More seriously that was a refreshing take on the barbarian, most of the time people are reluctant to use magic with them. But you made it look flawless!
So we've got - Burning Barbarian (Fire Warrior) - Stylite Storm (Shock Wizard) So I'm sensing some sort of Frozen Phantom? Frost-Themed Assassin type of character? It would complete the Elemental Archetypes Trio.

Honestly this is my favorite build from you, but all of them are so great and the role playing makes it a lot more easier and fun to stick with builds and this game in general. Thank you
forgotten magic redone had a really cool power called phoenix strike that slowed down time, rushed you headfirst into a crowd, and set off a big fire explosion. wild charge seems like an excellent alternative to that spell for anyone playing vanilla
I really wish someone would make a mod with all the potions you come up with because I know they’re just vanilla potions you gave a fancy name to but the names are awesome and the bottles you show them in would make them all look so unique
your last build inspired me to play the game again, and i will definitely try a build inspired from this one too when i can . you guys are great at this !
Just found your content and I gotta say, you guys are killing it, probably the highest quality builds I’ve seen in a while, would give Fudgemuppet a run for their money!
I usually don't like barbarians or lawful / good characters, i think their gameplay are boring and i prefer play sneaky and evil characters. But, i must admit this build is pretty cool, add Destruction and Alchemy to this kind of build is a cool idea ! In fact, i think the barbarians and warriors builds are better when we add other skills to them like you add sneak and alchemy to The Rebel. By the way, The Barbarian is a great rival for The Rebel, the first ad a peacfull life and is a true hero dedicated to the Legion while the second is a tortured warrior full of addictions and pain who can't forget is lost familly and bleed to support Ulfric Stormcloack, i also think The Barbarian could have a great use of The Rebel potion, Wolf Tunic. The Burning Barbarian, The Reaver and The Stylite Storm would make a great trio of magic heroes dedicated to protect Tamriel from evil forces ! I can't wait to see what you will do with Skyrim Together :) In France we have a famous UA-camr called "Bob Lennon" who has made a HUGE Skyrim let's play and roleplay as a fire barbarian. I think you should check it out !
Thanks so much, man! And wow, the Burning Barbarian, Reaver, and Stylite Storm would absolutely make an awesome team!! That's giving us some ideas.... :) Thanks as always! Will be sure to check out Bob Lennon :)
Nice build. I actually thought about a similar build a few days ago. It got a similar playstyle and backstoryand he also had a brother that was killed. My idea was that his brother was a great warrior and he also used the thuum. Dragon aspect in that case is a shout that gives you armor like the one that he used and if you are in danger your brother comes back as the ancient dragonborn to defend you. I think this would fit perfectly with your build and backstory.
Your builds are truly so on time, because I just had finished a playthrough inspired by the Desert Magician and now I wanted to do something the complete opposite! A two-handed warrior just blazing into battle. This is so on time and so fitting. Great work as always!
This is actually a great template idea for concepts of builds based around a specific Thu’um. I’ve already got ideas for characters based around Ice Form/Frost breath, Storm Call, Unrelenting Force, and Marked for Death
If you spec into conjunction you can blink out after casting an atronauch, you can add a move called reinforcements, but summoning two atronauch, and its like the summon summoned a friend.
Ayyy, sick build. Also shoutout to fevvy indeed, his build videos are also very helpfull for leveling perktrees very quick. Looking forward to the next build👍
Another of your builds that I really dig. I've always loved Barbarian playstyle. Been a long time now that I've had properly ventured into my beloved lands of Skyrim. Your builds me encourage me more and more to get back. Keep posting!
I made a build similar to this. Only I made it a scholarly build with a knowledge of enchanting and alchemy. The shout that I based mine around was storm call. I would shock based spells and conjure storm atronach. I used 4 amulets of Talos to reduce the shout cost, but not to the point where it's broken. I used the whole Ulfric set and went back and forth between a dragon priest mask and a stormcloak helmet. Other shouts that I would use would be animal allegiance, clear skies, unrelenting force, aura whisper and call dragon. While call dragon can be useless, if you call Odahviing beforehand, it can be very useful. It's also good, because the 4 amulets of Talos reduces the shout, storm call, to 60 seconds.
I love how you made a traditional Nord build without making him either a total zealot, a complete bigot, or a magic fearing moron. Cheers to you, Skypothesis!

Can you guys make an anti-mage build? I’ve been watching black clover and I really think Asta having magic nullification at the cost of having no magic is such a cool concept. I know you guys could make an anti-mage build something unique and awesome. Also this build here is ruthless, for anyone playing this build I highly recommend a kill move mod.
Okay, you guys have so many quality builds it’s actually kind of torture. Random idea I had, dunno if it would work. You know how people do Jester builds? Extremely powerful, very evil or sadistic types? Why not one that actually wants to do what a clown should be doing? He wants to make people happy. Only really kills because...well, it’s Tamriel. You have to have some fighting prowess in this world if you are the “travel the world” type. Or have him be a “punch clock villain” trope. He’s an assassin, but personality wise he’s FAR from what you’d expect off the clock. (I got a few more possible ideas relating to this, but I’ll stop here for now)
Love those ideas! And thanks so much for the kind words haha. Our closest build to the jester idea currently would have to be The Desert Magician! We very well may use the jester stuff in the future though!
@@Skypothesis Thanks, and you’re welcome, lads. I actually got loosely inspired by, of all things, a top 10 countdown from a few days ago. Want me to link it, give you a idea what I was thinking?
If you don't mind mixing heavey armor with light you can use dragon prist masks like Ahzidal or Konahrik to go with the flame theme as always great build
The Diadem of the Savant would be usefull for this build, like it's a piece of light armor he could benefit from the Custom Fit perk for a +25% bonus in light armor. It would also be usefull for The Relic Hunter.
i tried this character and i always love barbarian builds the only I don't get is a barbarian that is joining a empire which is organized and clean where in truth barbarian are all like I like cracking skulls and having blood on my armor so instead or joining the empire I joined the stormcloaks but other than that love it
Hello. Thank you again for another amazing build. I love how you create your characters. Have you ever thought about making a character with which the primary weapon is used as a close combat weapon and a ranged weapon? Like your Volhikar Warrior and the Bloodskal blade. I'm trying to make one with the DAWNGUARD RUNE HAMMER and AHZIDAL HELM OF VISION. Indeed the latter allows to place fire rune when you bash. Used with rune master perk and the Helmet you can place runes at long distance. If one day you decide to do a build like this I would be very happy. Thanks for all
Great idea for a build. I could never be an imperial with a Nord, but this gave me great inspiration to start up an orc vampire utilizing lightning in the way you did here with fire.
Another awesome build! I haven’t played a two handed build so I think this might be my first! For this season what difficulty do you recommend for these builds?
Agree with Dmitry V, this one is totally viable on legendary, however our builds are all balanced for Adept. He ends up slaughtering adept though, so if you want more of a challenge you can bump it up:)
This build is quite powerful, if you prioritize alchemy early and use guides from major slack attack to help minimize the perk consumption (most skill trees stop being effective after 5-8 perk investment) you should be combat ready by level 8ish. Alchemy in most cases should carry you an entire playthrough with 5 perks Although I use 8. I would probably recommend expert if you're not used to legendary gameplay simply because of mages in early game. But alchemy followed by smithing, make sure you do the lexicon run. And like skypothesis said in the build, you can invest into alteration and any build who invests up to master alteration and magic resistance perks, is EASILY legendary difficulty ready. It provides max armor, and 30 out of the 85% of magic resistance. Getting the lord stone and the book of love quest pushes that to 70% and max armor without any crafting and just one tree, hope this helped.
I’m trying to decide what my next character is, because my current run (a Dunmer Archmage) is OP even before completing the build with Vampirism and Necromage and Dual Enchantments. Have been very tempted by a Barbarian, Ice User, Nordic Carved Armor, and Stormcloaks since I never usef any of those. If you ever make a Nordic Carved Armor build, I’m definitely checking it out! But this could be fun to use and tweak.
This is the most cannon feeling build on this channel. Sadly, this is also probably the most difficult to play gameplay wise. Town guards kill me in like two hits or so. The extremely low magicka doesn't help either, even with the tonnes of magicka restore potions that I'm carrying. But, it could be just me being bad at this particular playstyle. Getting him to level 40 was quite the struggle for me in Adept.
Hey everyone! Welcome to another build. Thanks so much for dropping by! We hope you enjoy the Burning Barbarian, and we’ll see you next week for another build video!!
PS - can you spot the hidden Ghost of Atmora...?

I found this bc im doing some prep for a new playthrough (anniversary edition ;]) and I have to say I love the creativity involved here. Keep it up!
That's a super dope idea. We're in the brainstorming phase right now for the second half of the year so we'll definitely keep that in mind!
@@Skypothesis as usual, I can’t wait to see what you guys come up with :)
@@dvoloschik it’s funny because that’s practically the opposite of my idea and still really cool
By Oden's beard,
the thumbnail reminds me of an Amon Amarth album cover. :O
Incredible you really do amaze
Thank you, fire dog cult :')
this is the video I was looking for! THANK YOU!
Now do the storming barbarian to join the rebels
Fantastic!
Ayyy thanks!
Hell yeah, dragonknight nord. I know what my next playthrough is.
Hope you have a good time yo!
YES
YEEE
THANK U FOR MENTIONING "The Styit Storm"!!!
If you don't mind mixing heavey armor with light you can use dragon prist masks like Ahzidal or Konahrik to go with the flame theme
as always great build
The Diadem of the Savant would be usefull for this build, like it's a piece of light armor he could benefit from the Custom Fit perk for a +25% bonus in light armor.
It would also be usefull for The Relic Hunter.
Nice build love it ;)
Thanks mate!
This reminds me of Krieg from the borderlands series
Ahh Krieg is the best
That's pretty hot.
🥵 🔥
i tried this character and i always love barbarian builds the only I don't get is a barbarian that is joining a empire which is organized and clean where in truth barbarian are all like I like cracking skulls and having blood on my armor so instead or joining the empire I joined the stormcloaks but other than that love it
I think in this case "barbarian" is more a nod to his aesthetic rather than who he is.
Thanks for all
That's an awesome idea! We'll test it out :)
Great idea for a build. I could never be an imperial with a Nord, but this gave me great inspiration to start up an orc vampire utilizing lightning in the way you did here with fire.
Let’s go
Wow nice shout for fevvy
@@dvoloschik hes the best in the business for skyrim walkthroughs 🥰🥰
I think it’s time to spend some time with Faralda and Sybille.
You guys are amazing
Wow, a build using the dragon dildo!
Edit: Love the fact that you included your argonian mage into the backstory!
😂😂😂 always thought of it as one of these 🍗
EXCELLENCE.
How do you get the shirtless shoulder cover fur armor?
Can we safely assume this character’s brother will be making an appearance in a future video?
No plans for his brother, but we do have a future character hidden somewhere in the video...... ;)
Is it me or does the burning barbarian look like a skyrim version of kratos.
Is his hip problem at 2:45 coming from his tree chopping job?^^
Jokes aside, I really love your videos! Such absorbing scenarios :)
im gonna be a werewolf and add the fire cloak on thats the custom special move ill add ill call it firewolf
