We had one in oir shop and it was great for small jobs. Always wondered if it was still going somewhere. It saved me on a big account when i was tied up on the 36" and needed some small help. Easy to run once you get on to it

Where the sheet separators are there is a square with a line in it. Adjust the pile height until the paper comes to the line. Then adjust the air until the paper comes to the sheet separators. This will get you in a very close ballpark and small adjustments can be made from here.
I was a Service Engineer on these machine for 20 years.

how to Water adjustment in off Set machine

Reduce water until gripper edge starts to dry-up and print dirty. Then increase slightly until it prints clean again.
