I told myself that I was going to purchase my 2nd home in a great area where the school system was good for my daughter..gave my realtor at that time a budget..she kept insisting that I needed to either increase my budget or move to a different area where the school system was horrible and also known for high crimes...I ended up increasing my budget and I was way over from what I could afford I knew something wasn't right and ask God for guidance ...i ended up canceling my contract with my realtor and aswell the house that I had pending offer ...I ended up getting a new realtor and he was able to get me my house under my budget and the school system was great ! I prayed and did my affirmations everyday.. now I'm looking for more property's to invest but this time a investment property on a island ! Looking for a realtor as we speak to assist me with the process
