This is an ancient recipe that has been made for feeding a crowd. For over a thousand years, in the Middle East. Many chefs are more experienced than me, and make it perfectly. I want to show you my first try, even though it fell apart.

My kids refuse to be recorded in my videos most of them time now. 😂 They have their own interests and they don’t want to help promote mine. 😂 It’s ok. Hi Freda, your first attempt at making this ancient recipe didn't stand up like you wanted it to, but it sure looks delicious. It looks so flavorful with all the different things you put in it. Mabe next time it will work out for you.

Good afternoon, Teresa. This one is a crowd pleaser. There was only a tiny bit left at the bottom of the pot, and I made my cats very happy 😁 with it. 😂 They were as pleased as my two legged family was with it. It’s definitely one I want to keep trying until I get it right. I’ve been thinking of hacks to get it to keep its form. We’ll see how long it takes me to get it right.
