Holy Cow! these easing functions are so great! My corny for loop which was doing a linear sliding from one screen to the next now moves smooth as butter. One note that may be helpful to others, I am doing my work within the update() method, so I have to call playdate.display.flush() on each iteration of the "repeat ... until myAnimator:ended()"
This is great at explaining the concepts except i find it a little hard to follow along with the code sometimes. Still a really good video though. 👍

I think it was animating along a line
