Wonderful video. I would be thankful if you can answer a few questions.
1. I understand from the video that the Chai making person just has to pour out cold milk ( kept in the fridge) in the jug along with the tea powder and then steam it with the machine. But I am not sure if the tea will really catch the flavour of the tea powder. Boiling milk is a slow process and the cream that is generated while boiling thickens the milk and also the water boiled along with tea imparts good flavour. I am not sure how much flavourful will this method of making tea will be. Have you done a comparison of the these 2 Tea making methods.
2. If I use the Espresso machine while making Tea, will my running costs not go up. This machine mostly operates on Electricity and electricity is much costlier than Gas.
3. What kind of advantage will this method of making Tea will have on Conventional method of making Tea.
One request - While opening a Tea Shop or any other shop what kind of facilities one must have. For ex: Toilet, Exhaust, Flooring etc.
I am not talking about Seating and Decor.
Can you please make a video on these things?
