      You must have a high metabolism or something. I take in a lot less calories than that. D you do a lot of cardio or something? I know everyone is different...

      Mr Everybody I play football with my local team 3 times a week so it’s a fair bit of cardio, it’s tough getting the calories in !

      I knew it! I probably take in around 2000 - 2500 and went from 57KG to 70KG. I don't lift though, I train with an isokiantor Green Giant (full body), and a Bison 1M (forearms). 3x a week. That little portable gym looks like a gimmick, but it's tough as anything though.

    If you blend the oatmeal up alone first and then add the rest of the ingredients after, everything will mix better when you blend it again. Great Video Bullyjuice

    This is my second Magic bullet, and I have to admit that for the price it delivers really well ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxCKuMxLnvr6fJd_M4SE-n7trcGj3zEUHq Considering that there are other products twice and even four times more expensive, I think that for one person this is just right. The only problem is that you have to make sure that your vegetables and ice are cut into small pieces because it won't chop and blend well. I made the mistake of putting whole baby carrots with a cup of mixed greens, and it wasn't pretty.. Also be careful not to overfill it, because it will overflow. As long as you follow the manufacturer's instructions for use, you should be happy with this purchase.

      You honestly don't need it. I went to basic weighing 130 lbs. 2 months later I was weighing 157 pounds. I put on 27 lbs of lean muscle. When I finished basic and AIT, I tipped the scale at 165 lbs. I was ripped.
      Enjoy the whole process, it was some of the best moments of my life. It will suck at times but it will pass and you will come out a better person.

      feel free to adjust the ingredients as you see fit too! you don't have to match his calorie for calorie since the amount you're burning might be greater or less than he does, for instance adding greek yogurt doesn't hurt, I also add a collagen based supplement on top of the whey, but that's just me! as long as you got the space, feel free to keep cramming stuff in that blender!

    I take a similar shake to cut down weight...
    2 handfuls of spinach.
    1 handful of kale.
    1 scoop of isolated whey protein.
    1 banana.
    1 Handful of mixed berries.
    1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
    Half spoon of coffee grains.
    It's a good shake to kickstart your day right! And man I feel so energetic everyday going into work and workout later that day. Catch myself sweating my ass off! I've lost alot of weight drinking this shake on a daily!

    Okayyyy so Im usually pretty skeptical when it comes to trying new recipes. Guys let me tell you this was one of the best shakes I’ve ever had and I usually only like smoothie type shakes (with ice). This was amazing. I tried it without spinach and I blended the oats by themselves Before mixing other ingredients and wow it tastes like HEAVEN 😍
