There is no doubt that the ICC is functioning as an instrument for those unjustly aligned against Israel. The extent to which the Israeli military is going, to avoid unnecessary and excessive civilian casualties, is unprecedented in the history of warfare. The fact that the government of Israel, under the leadership of Benjamin Netanyahu, is providing food, fuel and medical resources to a civilian population that supports and celebrates its elected government's military attack and kidnapping of Israeli civilians, is also unprecedented in the history of warfare. To issue an arrest warrant against Israeli politicians clearly illustrates the ICC's illegitimacy as a judicial institution.
