It's mind-boggling how much talent TNA let slip through its fingers over the years. They had the Young Bucks. They had Kazuchika Okada. They had CM Punk. Just insane.

The young bucks had huge heat in TNA backstage for there attitude that why TNA released them
They didn't have Okada, though. He was sent there for an excursion by NJPW. What are they meant to do with a rookie (at the time), who was gonna be gone in a year or less?
Besides, it's thanks to TNA then, that we currently have the Rainmaker. He credited his time in the company (specifically Da Pope D'Angelo Dinero) for the gimmick.
Motor City Machine Guns were easily TNA's Best Tag Team of 2010. Winning the tag titles, excellent matches with Gen Me and of course the amazing Best of 5 Series with Beer Money
I still can’t believe they did not win the TNA tag team championships until 2010, MCMG were so popular for like 2-3 years already.
@@USHARDYIt's insane it took so long for Shelley to ever become X Division Champion, or now World Champion too. MCMG definitely deserved all their success much earlier than they got it.

This was 10 years ago when I first saw the Bucks in a match. They deserve the praise they get. This match needs to happen again in AEW

At the this time tna ratimgs and viewer ship was sky rocketing while wwe products were seriously stuggling it wasn't until cm punks pipe bomb that everyone was interested in wwe
XMan in 2010 Bully Ray announced the new "war" against WWE which lasted 1 or 2 weeks.

Donavon Mottley that's around the time the rock returned to WWE in 2011 that's why the fans returned to see the Greatest of all time at thwle time the legendary great one the rock of course now greatest of all time could be AJ styles,Seth Rollins or kenny omega or even DBryans ,Drew McIntyre, Okada probs decent top 6 there and I can't even watch NJPW or ROH in Scotland iv watched the wrestling since 1996 when there was real threats WCW and ECW
Impact was never a threat to the WWE. I'm not hating on Impact, however they were always the clear number two promotion in the United States. Between 2004-2009, you could say Impact was definitely on the heels of WWE and gaining a ton of popularity, but people are ignorant to how popular the WWE is. Impact tried many of time to expand out of their Impact Zone, but it failed. Not because they're a bad promotion, but the people just could never get invested.
I miss TNA from 2010 to 2012. It was real good with tons of top talent.
And generation me went, and changed wrestling for ever 8 years later. Never would of thought 😎

No, Impact never "blew it" with those wrestlers you named. Well, perhaps the Young Bucks. But Impact never had the Japanese talent contracted to just their promotion, it was simply a talent exchange/working agreement between New Japan Pro-Wrestling and Wrestle 1. So no, Impact never blew anything with those guys, it was just an excursion or talent trade.
They had Okada signed and didn't use him. They had him doing stuff he wasn't comfortable doing and the Bucks used to stand up for him. When he left the company and moved back him to join NJPW he remembered how they looked after him and had NJPW call the bucks to work for them.
