This is interesting! At my Chick-fil-A we just would put their name for one order take their payment and then put their name and with a 2 besides it. For example if their name was John we would do John-1 and John-2
In simple terms all your doing is taking the order like normal IPOS, the only thing different is instead of storing your holding the order before it goes into the system, and changing or altering the name to line up in sequence, once you take the second order just like normal then you hit stored and it puts both orders into the system at the same time as opposed to you storing one at a time

It’s really not once you do it hands on. He’s just doing it hella fast and it’s not really a good way to teach to go so fast
