Stupid thing to compare F35 missile carrying abilities with Tejas MK2 - The main reason being F35 is stealth in nature and more outlets would impact its stealth abilities where Tejas is more of a light combat aircraft and whereas stealth is important but not its prime functionality.

Tejas Mk2 is 4th gen fighter jet whereas f35 is a 5th gen fighter jet there is absolutely no comparison. It would be more sensible to compare it with Gripen.

F-35 is a 5th gen fighter jet. It has internal weapon bay to carry missiles while maintaining it's stealth.
Tejas Mk2 will be 4.5th gen fighter jet that won't have internal bay for weapon. So it'll carry missiles externally. That's why it'd carry higher number of missiles.

Sir, don't compare 4.5 Gen fighter with 5th gen fighter jets. American F35, F22, Chinese J20, Turkish KAAN, Russian Su57 are considered as a 5th gen fighter. Our AMCA could be comparable with them. Tejas mk1 is a light fighter jet and Tejas mk2 is medium catagory but 4.5 Gen fighter. Compare Tejas mk2 with American F16, Grepean of Sweden, JF17 of China, FA50 of South Korea - that will be fare enough. All fighter jets have some specific generation and specific catagory. Have you ever seen a 50 kg weight wrestler or boxer compete with 80 kg weight opponents in Olympics ?

Ridiculous comparison. F35 is the best Stealth Fight Jet in the market now. And carries all its missiles inside a hidden bay to prevent detection. Its a 5gen fighter. And Tejas is nowhere near that. Its not stealth at all. Against the F35 it would get shot without even knowing from where the missile got fired. The only way to handle it would be to overwhelm it.
India is just only starting manufacturing planes, whilst the US has been manufacturing them since the Wright Brothers, so a qualitative difference is only logical.
Also No NATO country has been able to build anything similar.

Who ever comparing 5th gen vs 4.5 gen please understand that it is used for AIR to AIR combat now AESA-2 Radar can detect 5th gen Aircraft’s near 100km after detecting if you launch missile BVR missile it takes time to reach that aircraft we need minimum 200km range missile now SFDR technology which like meteor missile will be inducted soon with the range of 300km which is useful for this AIRCRAFT that’s why now Tejas mk2 is game changer for AIR-AIR combat with 8 missiles to counter Chinese j-20, India is working Infrared technology which has range of 100+ km for tejas mk2 then no stealthy plane can escape from this 🙏

There is no comparison, one is stealth while other is a lower generation jet.
Amca with 2 engines can carry 4 missiles internally only. F35 is most advanced for a reason. Internal weapons bay and external hardpoimts are 2 totally different things. F35 can carry 6 missiles internally and 4 externally for a total of 10. Also the image used in 6:12 is not a rendering of tejas, it is ORCA (TEDBF Air force proposed variant). Please research videos properly.

The reality is even at the current production rate mark 1A delivery will take 2028 to 2029 to complete. Forget about mark 2 . HAL is seriously handicapped in terms of production capabilities. And in the case of AMCA HAL is looking for a private partner for two three years to develop a prototype but no success. But the UA-cam channels won't tell you this . UA-cam channels are like - sab changa si .

According to me the production of aircraft is slow Because of the strength of people working and the factories where they have to be build.if you see there are only 2 factories where Tejas mk1A or future aircraft can be build by HAL but in November 3rd aircraft factories will be ready then there will be fast production but main problem will be people to work inthis factories.
And about AMCA , problem is only Engine which India have manufacture from USA GE414 which have not been signed by USA till now due that AMCA program have been late.
Tejas mk1A is new aircraft that HAL is manufactureing with new technology before it given to IAF there should no problem for them to face when they are actually fully functional.😂💗
And about Tejas upcoming models which engine have to be used also to be late by USA because USA have told that they can only provide 20 GE404 engine to HAL every years,this is also reason for the late in production.

First of all they are not comparable Tejasmk2 is comparable with F15EX which can carry 12 missiles but F15EX is mainly for air to ground so Tejas mk2 has edge here and most probably Tejasmk2 will also have a great edge in cost of aircraft. the main hurdle which Tejasmk2 will face will be restriction which US might impose on export of Tejasmk2 using F414 engine

Comparison of 4th gen to 5th gen for carring weapon....F35 can down any aircraft with BBR where tejes will be down from a long distance even it will carry 20 missiles, the technology gap is too much it's not about carring much weapon but who can detect 1st and shoot other 1st .. externally any aircraft can be mounted with multiple missile...

F35 carries the missiles internally where as Tejas carries them on external hard points. And that is important.
1. Su-30mki can carry 10 BVR missiles , and American F-15EX can carry 22 BVR missiles.
2. Tejas mk2 is best in its LCA class which can carry 8 BVR missiles. Instead of comparing Tejas with other LCA like Gripen-E, you are comparing it with heavyweight F-35 which is wrong.
3. F-35 can carry 4 BVR inside internal bays. Tejas mk2 don't have internal bays so comparison with F-35 is wrong.
