Not sure if it would work but maybe a rubber band on the inside thats connected to the eye, and a string that you could connect to the eye so in theory the rubber band would pull the eye back into place after you move it around with the string

Heres a tip! Take a long strip of paper, attach the back of the eye to the paper, and the other end of the strip of paper on the dragon, and that helps you not lose it!
I only figured out how to make paper dragons today, now that ive made a small practice one im ready to make a large one

Just a tip, if the paper is coiled that (like with markers) then put it underneath a book or something heavy to keep it straight 😊❤
Really neat. I’m trying to figure out how to use this concept in a mask that you can wear on your face or head. There must be some way to make an analog mechanism that works this way

thanks a lot! im selling dragon puppets at my school and my friend wants one with a moveable eye . (normal dragon puppet or one with no jaw and/or movable eyes cost 0.00) (ones with the four-sided head thing or more costs 1.00 (1 dollar) (and ones that take over 5 or more hours cost 10 dollars)

Yep.
Depends on how you make the base. I make the base in a way that uses less paper. It takes 1 piece of paper for me to make a base.
